Expensive for the services and room.It definitely doesn't look like 3 stars. Old layout, smelly reception area. No free breakfast available. Menu items is super expensive. Go out to eat. Elevator is old and doesn't work. Room carpet looks moldy, needs replacement. Just smelly overall. Window blinds don't work. Housekeeping service isn't great, they didn’t replace toilet paper or coffee paper cups. Had to go back and forth ourselves for stocking. AC didn’t work and had to get someone to fix it. Hotels are supposed to do their maintenance timely. Such a bad experience. Won’t return again.

We went at 1:30 and they would not talk to us. However the moment the fact that we mentioned we had a diamond subscription we were the best guests ever. House keeping did job but reception did not. We also booked 2 adjoining rooms ahead of time but when we got there we were told that they were no longer available and that we could only get 2 separate rooms across the floor from each other.Which wasn’t good because they have no rollout beds and we had 2 Younger kids and 1 adult and there’s only 2 beds per room

I stayed at this hotel for one night while in town for a business trip. The hotel was very clean and nice. You could tell it was a bit older, but it looked like it has been well maintained. I arrived in town earlier than I expected and tried to get an early check-in. Kimberly was the person at the front desk and got me a room right away, which I was appreciative. The room was very clean and the walk-in shower had good pressure ( one of my pet peeves when traveling). Overall I liked the location and the hotel and I will be back if I need to be in town again.

The hotel was in a very nice and quiet location. All the employees were helpful and friendly. The room had everything we needed and the mattress was super comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again the next time we are in the area.

The staff at this hotel make all the difference! Andrea, Cindy, all the housekeeping- front desk wish I knew all of their names! I thought we were just getting really great treatment- but it was ALL guests.

People please check your mattress pad. Unfortunately I found hair and stains on mind. Not acceptable especially the world we live in today. I’m so disappointed cause this was my birthday weekend . I just expected better than this.

I had a great stay Labor Day wknd. It was very clean & organized. The environment was welcoming and inviting. Amazing Customer Service. I will definitely be returning to this hotel my next visit to Panama City.

Hotel is so convenient for flying out of Panama City airport (ECP). It has maintained the brand-new feel throughout the common areas and in the rooms. Staff is pleasant and accommodating, but the real treasure is Mark the shuttle driver. Not only is he friendly and helpful with luggage, he goes above and beyond to get you to exactly where you need to go with vital airport information. I'm afraid that some enterprising CEO is going to snap him up soon because he would be such an asset to any company.

Mrs Barefield and the whole staff make you feel like family it's the best hotel to stay at will stay there every rime thank ya for rhe best experience and the hotel food is the best around. THE hotels room are the best

The staff welcome and care for you as if you were family! This hotel is so clean and the food is delicious. The Greek humus was delicious and the warm pita that was served along side was like none I have ever eaten!!

Lovely hotel and beautifully designed room/bathroom and decor compared to other Hilton Garden Inns which are usually dark and depressing and hide lots of dirt. Had been waiting for this hotel rebuild following the hurricane 3 years ago. Room 230 was nice but hotel needs to take a look at what options there are for room 230 as the air conditioning unit was SO loud (or whatever is in the locked cupboard) that none of us slept all night, which is the sole purpose of checking into a hotel! An absolute shame as I would have given full stars if wasn’t for this.

Great room, easy check in with the app. I gave this hotel a 1 because it is right beside the railroad tracks...train cars kept us up all night. Also, items were stolen off of our locked vehicle (parts of the vehicle were stolen), which can happen anywhere- but beware! Breakfast is not included and is an extra charge per person for a contential style breakfast. Wish we would have done more research!!

It's a Hilton Garden Inn- an average hotel. Clean, nice. The mattresses need to be flipped, turned or replaced. They're shot on the sides by the night tables. It's right next to the rail tracks- 5am wake up. Very noisy place. Lots of doors slamming - hotel might consider adjusting them so they don't slam- it's loud and shakes the walls. Even the elevator's "ding dong" in this hotel is loud. I'm down the hall and it's echo-ing all the way down here. I stay in HGIs a few nights a week- this one is just full of unnecessary, fixable loud noises. I'm not a light sleeper but if you are, bring ear plugs!

The staff here is beyond incredible! The room and the hotel are beautiful and very close to lots of shopping. We will 100% be back! Make sure to check out the awesome stuff for the kids to do including a giant connect 4 game and movies on a pull down screen at night!
