It will not be an overstatement if I say that the hearts of the staff here is as fluffier as the pillows here. Be it front desk, or the servers, the chefs, or the commute, there was no stone left unturned by any single person here in our service. Right from Simar cradling us from the airport, to Amit dealing with all the logistics, to Ankit who was always ar an arms reach, Prabhakar was just a call away, Ujjwal would sometimes even appear magically when the need be, Pooja was the sweetest presence in the mess. I am missing out on so many names for sure, but not daring to miss out on paying my warmest regards to all the people at Treehouse Neptune. My first time in Goa was the best time I have spent anywhere else. Much love and regards to these lovely people. 🤗

Had a great time..The service was very good...The in-house restopub is also very nice.. 5 starts for the people at the welcome gate ..❤️ The boys at the bar also seemed very nice and friendly . Good behaviour with the customers. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.

Very poor reception. Room wasn't ready at check-in time. Took nearly 45 mins. Food quality is below average. Service is ok but can be better. Overtly priced for a below par hotel.

A very good ambience and good hospitality with cleanliness and immediate response. The breakfast options were very nice. They give complimentary breakfast. Service desk receptionist one person was responding nicely. Another person's response was not good.

Rooms were very good and clean. Beds were very comfortable too.The staffs have very good Hospitality and helping nature.Hotel is located in a prime location with easy accessibility. Highly recommended for those were looking for very good hotel with medium price range.
