This homestay has been in business for less than half a year. The building is new, with an elevator installed, making it easy to get on and off, and parking is right at the door. 應該是新農村建設的農家樂，周邊有原址公園。酒店自帶有電梯不用擔心爬樓。房間也非常乾淨整潔，毛巾是一次性的，熱水非常大一點不用擔心。頂樓天台可以看到日出。

這是一家新開張的性價比非常高的民宿，房間整潔明亮，又有智能化的小情趣，住的非常舒適。老闆娘熱情實在廚藝也非常不錯，每人一頓衹需40元就可享受美味佳餚，我們八個人九菜一湯吃的太舒服了。大堂可以K歌也可以喝茶聊天，盡興歡暢。地理位置也非常好，離十八渦、烏石村等景點都非常近，有的直接步行就可到達。下次去磐安一定還去她家。

性價比超高的一家民宿，離烏石村和十八渦景區都很近，老闆娘很熱情，這個價位還送早餐，我也是看評價過來住的，所以能感受到住過的人都是真心評價的，我一般不喜歡去評價，但是這次住的很滿意必須給好評，要不是行程訂好，真的可以多住幾天

酒店裝修很新，全套智能化。景色也不錯，窗外就能看見綠油油的山！但是就在主幹道旁邊很吵！雖然是智能馬桶，但是不好用，有味道。還不如普通的😓

老闆很熱情，就算是十一期間也沒有怠慢。
性價比上面，雖然是簡易民宿，但是綜合位置、設施、衞生，性價比可以的。早餐吃不慣可以自己備點食物。

房間乾淨衞生，一次性毛巾浴巾，衞生間乾濕分離，全屋智能，在一個小鎮上，能做到如此優秀，已經相當超前。老闆娘很熱情，跟她説好時間吃早餐，她煮的麪條超級好吃哦，一定不要錯過。

很新的民宿，很乾凈，全屋智能，通風采光都很好，性價比非常高，推薦。就在尖山鎮邊上，舞龍峽步行就到，離其他烏石古村，水下孔等景點也比較近。老闆娘廚藝也不錯40元/人，自家廚房煮的，味道好又乾淨衞生。
