We are just back from a 3 night stay at the hotel. The stay could not have been better. The hotel has real character with the building dating from 1874. The renovation was to the highest standard retaining much of the original character. The room was very spacious, immaculately clean and benefited from nice touches such as a sun hat, magazines etc The staff made us very welcome right from our arrival. They provided a list of recommended restaurants and booked two of them for us along with taxi’s. The restaurants were first class. The hotel location is excellent, set back from the city centre in a quiet street but within easy walking distance of the key attractions. Highly recommend this hotel and it’s staff.

The attention to detail, service and customer care of hotel Gloria is absolutely exceptional. encountered a trouble with a door that was difficult to open in an apartment 100m from the hotel. The staff supported me to solve the issue swiftly and attentively, even if I'm not a guest at the hotel. I haven't experienced any service on this level before. They are truly the best of the best. I can’t tell you how much I loved this hotel. We arrived on a busy Wednesday lunchtime - the gentleman that checked us in was so completely lovely and friendly and took the time to tell us all that we needed to know about the hotel. One of our two rooms was ready early, which was so appreciated as we had been up since 12 the night before, they had also allocated two rooms together which was fabulous as I was travelling with my daughters. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the beds comfortable. You also get the mini bar free on the first day which is great. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was lovely and friendly and had a smile. The lady who greeted us at breakfast was lovely, the breakfast restaurant isn’t huge but it absolutely has everything needed and the food was all fresh. The guys on the bar that we met at the end of the day when we came back tired from exploring Palma were so lovely, they made the most fabulous cocktails and even recommended which one my daughter should try. I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat . It is in a fabulous location and it’s immaculately clean. A fabulous 48 hours in Palma/thank you so much 💫

Just returned from a 4 nights stay at this hotel. WOW! I do not stay in fancy hotels usually so this was a real treat. We received a voucher for a welcome drink which we enjoyed on the rooftop pool area. The pool area does not have a lot of Sun loungers so keep this in mind if you want to be able to sunbathe. We booked a jacuzzi room and had read a few negative reviews about it. The rooms are incredible! They get sun most of the day, yes they are overlooked by apartments but the people don’t stare down. Yes you can see over the wall to the rooms next door but once you are lying in your lounger or in the jacuzzi it’s absolutely fine. The rooms were immaculate with lots of nice touches like free water, robes and a really good hairdryer. The breakfast was amazing!! Lots of variety and good for setting up for a day of walking around. The hotel is close to Jaume III shopping street and around 15 mins from the Cathderal. We took the bus to Cala Major beach which was around 15 mins. The hotel staff were really nice and the place was so clean. Thank you for a lovely stay!!

A great hotel, very modern & friendly. It's about 10 min walk from city centre, but in a great neighbourhood with lots of good & affordable bars & cafes. Also 5 min walk from airport bus stop. Staff were professional & welcoming. Room was compact, my only negative would be there is not much room to chill out in room. But you're in a great city, so not a big deal. Bathroom is beautiful, very stylish & Rituals toiletries were a wee treat. We had breakfast every day (part of deal). A continental breakfast, was quite bread & egg heavy, served at table. Lots of choice of egg, bread & other breakfast goods. Has a nice roof terrace with small pool. It was too chilly when we visited (early March) to sun bath, but was nice to sit & read & enjoy the view. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a city break in Palma & would return if in city again.

Dear Brondo team, Thank you SO MUCH for making my birthday weekend so memorable!!! I had gathered friends from Paris, London (and even NY) to Palma to celebrate my 35th birthday weekend. The hotel is great with trendy decoration in the rooms and an ideal location. (20min walm away from harbor to bo on a boat; a few minutes away from Santa Catalina spots, I recommand Santa restaurant and Sala Luna for dancing). Thank you to the Brondo team for making my Friday welcome dinner so memorable (with the amazing decoration!!) and also for the kindness of the staff who was always so attentive and working to make our lives easier. Many thanks to Sara at the reception in particular. Please do not hesitate and book Brondo for your visit to Palma!
