Sarayi Boutique Hotel

Yeah, I had an excellent day. Sunday market all day. Great breakfast great lunch great dinner really beautiful places to stay right on the ocean walk straight at the hotel straight on the beach. We’ll stay there. Stay there and spring break and both times has been great.

I had a wonderful stay at this Sarayi boutique hotel in Palm Cove. The location was absolutely fantastic, the hotel was spotlessly clean, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful, welcoming, and relaxing. What I loved most was the beautiful location and the excellent cleanliness of the property. Everything was well maintained, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beauty of Palm Cove. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay. I would definitely love to come back again! A well-deserved 5-star experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hotel is run down and in need of renovation. There is no elevator to the rooms on the upper floors. The room was nice but unfortunately there were ants in the kitchen, crumbs on the lounge from previous guests and the air conditioner in the bedroom kept turning off by itself.  The price I paid was not reflected in the quality of the room, and while I had a room with a view, this did not make up for the cost.

Albeit renovations are in progress, the esplanade entrance could still be kept clean and presentable. The bathroom window was unable to be locked. the bathroom could be better cleaned. The room deposit is not put on hold but actually withdrawn and not returned for 1-3 business days. For a beautiful location it is very sub-standard and there was no prior notice to booking that the property was under renovations.

This hotel has very misleading images on its site. The hotel is run down, with few signs of maintenance and is unclean. On arrival there was a used bandaid in the middle of the bedroom floor and dirty old socks under the bed. Another guest I met was charged a $165 late check in fee and was greeted by an insect filled room after arriving from a long flight from California. Such a disappointing way to be introduced to Australia.

So cool and quiet and in great proximity to all the pubs and eateries.

Hassle free booking friendly , the location is Top Shelf and to my surprise a awesome spa bath in unit 🤙😁

The room its self was lovely as was the ocean view with calming sounds of waves. Within walking distance to restaurants. Cleanliness was a little less in the bathroom with the soa bath not having been cycle cleaned in obviously awhile, small amount of grime built up around and in plug hole. No spare toilet roll so bring extra along with tissues if you need them there is also no shower gel provided. Otherwise overall the staff are friendly and helpful it was a lovely stay.

Excellent clean friendly good position will be back
