After arriving in Palhoca, Brazil for a 35 day vacation, the accommodations that we reserved was terrible. There was no way that we could stay even one night. We were blessed when we called the Firenze Business Hotel and spoke to Pedro. He was fantastic. It was even more than a blessing that the hotel was only a short walk from where we were. After dragging all of our luggage the short distance, we were welcomed with open arms. Pedro went far and above to get us settled. In the morning, we met another angel, Natasha. She worked out all the details so that we could stay for the entire time. Natasha was there every morning with a smile and helped us on every matter that we had.Only due to the dedication of the entire staff, this vacation would have been a disaster. So to Natasha, William, Thayse, Pedro, Paulo, Edwardo, Leonardo, and the entire staff of the Firenze Business Hotel, we thank you. To all those looking for a great place to stay for one night or for a long term length of time, you can do no better than the Firenze Business Hotel and the wonderful staff that they have.

We visited the hostel in the Reveillón. The staff were generally careful. The rooms were as seen in the photos and the environment was very pleasant. The collective kitchen was very helpful to us! Morning coffee was beginning to be served late and it was not much changed in my hosting days. The walk to the beach is quiet, but for those who prefer to be ”foot in the sand”, they better choose another hostel. A tip would be to offer heating in the furo. Something that has caught our stay was the fall of energy. I know it is not the fault of the establishment, but it ends up compromising the experience.

The guests are very well careful for the owners themselves, who know and like to receive guests. You come in the room, and feel the very pleasant smell of the towels and bed clothes washed with some very good taste ashing. The breakfast is very good with several options. Location is about 300 metres from where the boat takes to cross the river and reach the beach, or also from where the trails to Stone of Urubu, Utopia Valley, Beach of Pinheira begin. Excellent cost benefit.
