The ants are everywhere. I washed my electric shaver and put on some tissue for drying. Tmr I pick up the shaver and ants are all around of tissue and shaver.
They can say only sorry…

We chose here as a good location for everything, friendly welcome staff all very nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet is excellent with a big choice Miss Suk welcomed me most mornings and looked after my eggs on toast, I enjoyed the honey with my toast also, thanks Suk for making breakfast time cheerful good job we had Google translate 555. Room big and always hot water, shower big with complimentary toiletries. I would suggest a small towel rail under the sink for hand towels please, .Like other guests have mentioned a fashionable glass lift in the hotel would make it perfect, as the 3rd floor is a fair walk. We liked the white restaurant very good and very nice space to eat. Ample car parking was a bonus to.

Unfortunately displeased, my main reason for selecting the room was for the spa/jacuzzi. And to my surprise it would not retain the water properly so I could not use it. There was a live roach I encountered on the bed and the comforter had a red stain.
The front staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.

Good hotel in terms of cleanliness,staff, pricing, location except one main most facility the lift. That's the only reason my review is lower. The hotel needs to do something about it... people with heavy luggage or elderly would really struggle if they got 3rd floor like myself.

Made a one night pit-stop in this hotel on our way to the South. Very good and central location and easy to reach. Close to both the Railway and Bus-station. "Design"-hotel with ample parking space. Very friendly reception staff (english spoken). Walk-in rate (1200) was no different than the rates on Bdotcom or Ago.da. No elevator, so ask for a low floor if you don't want to count the calories marked on the stairs. Fairly new building I guess, so the facilities in the rooms are all perfectly OK. Upon checking in, you get discount-coupons for the restaurant located at the entrance. Can not comment on the restaurant as we did not use it. We had excellent dinner in a thai restaurant just 2 minutes away (turn right when you leave the hotel grounds). Ok for the stay and the quality of the hotel, but a bit overpriced imho.

It's clean, and easy to access to the Train Station and the Bus station. The market is also nearby.
The air condition has to be cleaned (not cold enough/ red light was flashing to clean).
There is no lift.
