Great accommodation! Affordable, tidy, spacious. Perfect for a large family. Communal kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need to cook a home meal. The room was spacious and the beds were comfy. Not a super flash or modern place, but definitely sufficient for the cost.

Friendly and supportive staff, helpful and warm. Warm and clean room and other facilities - it was winter! Nice kitchen and TV room. Parking was no issue. Close to town, restaurants and shops. Reasonably priced. We will come again, for sure!

5 out of 5. Friendly staff, quiet location, great facilities. Some accommodations I’ve been to you’re treated so transactionally, but Andy and Travis were so welcoming and glad that I’ve chosen to stay with them. I highly recommended checking their accommodation out next time you’re in Paihia.

Thanks for an awesome stay to Andy & The team! Would recommend to stay here😎 affordable as well. We enjoyed everything. Our rooms were nice and tidy on arrival, had everything needed; comfy beds, heaters, towels, bathroom/toilet size was actually bigger than we thought originally. Service from staff were really friendly and easy going. Overall no hassles, easy stay! We booked the family rooms for group of 11😊❤️

We stayed 3 nights and found this lodge very welcoming, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect for exploring the area and it was a flat 5-10 minute walk to the wharves, restaurants and shops. Having a well-equipped and clean shared kitchen area was also great. We enjoyed our stay.

This hotel is ideally located, very clean and convenient. The owners are super nice. I stayed three nights to explore bay of islands, I would definitely choose this place again. It is walking distance from the harbour, restaurants, stores and the beach.

Great place as a base for lots of great excursions in the region. Host Andy is very helpful and fourthcoming if you need advice or recommendations. Clean and tidy rooms and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare yoursef a quick snack, or a lager meal. Some good restaurants are also near by.

Who wouldn't be happy with a free upgrade? This was the best welcome we ever had at the Bay if Islands. Thank you Andy for considering the comfort of my family with no extra cost. Andy was also quick to reply when I asked about for recommendations about the cruise. Would definitely recommend this place.
