Great location overlooking sea. Hotel a bit dated and run down, but very clean and tidy everywhere. Good breakfast. Only had bar snacks that were OK.
Service from all staff was very good. Paignton itself is not a very nice place, but gives access to plenty of nice days out.

Didn't have the sterile feel of the chain hotels, felt more homely . No noise from outside and sited just far enough away from the town centre for comfort.
All the staff were really friendly.
Good breakfast choices.
I'd highly recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely stay, we upgraded the room to a balcony seaview for minimal cost. The breakfast was excellent, staff were great, we didn’t have time to use the pool but it looked really nice. I would highly recommend this hotel

Staff well Trained, helpful and polite..Susan was extremely helpful and friendly..well recommended to stay at the Redcliffe .Cant wait to go back in 2024 .

Lovely short break at a very pleasant hotel, comfortable beds and nice sized room. Bathroom was large with both bat and separate shower cubicle.
The staff were really helpful and friendly, every one spoke to us and regularly checked that everything was alright.
Breakfasts were really good with a fabulous full English for my husband and lovely porridge for me.
Will certainly stay again next time we visit Paignton.

A classic hotel with superb sea views in between the land and sky , and with a real sense of history dating back to 1802. Good old fashioned friendly personal service and good quality food and drink. Don't lose it during the planned refurbishment.

Stayed at this hotel a few times and have always enjoyed the stay. Staff are friendly and rooms comfortable. Will be returning the next time we visit Paignton.
