The first time i ever felt so cozy of a stay and the hotel makes me not wanting to go back to my homeland.Love the bathroom with cozy on light.Small apartment but literally felt like home.You can order room service up to your room.Below the hotel we found a delicious cafe that's sells indonesia food.Roemah Koffie.Connected mall but not many shops open yet.Not crowded with people.5 minutes drive to ICE.There's many good things to share.Oh yes! There's gym, swimming pool and sauna area.I use all the facililties.Only thing i hope there's a spa.But it's fine.Didnt take photo but took video of the hotel

My big family stayed at Herloom for a several nights during the Eid holidays. It is a serviced residence so there will home appliances like what you would have in an apartment, totally convenient for long stay. The room was modern as if it was new with all the appliances looked brand new and maintained well. Check in and check out process was quick, though I hope the lobby area could be larger. It was way to small and inconvenient should there be a long check in or check our queue. Breakfast was good with lots of food varieties. The restaurant, Arooma, was to small to accommodate lots of guests so the hotel expands the dining area outside the restaurant area which is not a problem at all. The swimming pool is an outdoor one, but it is located in the center of all the building, making it looked like it's indoor. The pool was rather small, with all that many guests I found it rather uncomfortable. I also tried the gym on the next morning. This hotel is located above a shopping mall called Carstenz, so you can find everything you need for a long stay in an affordable price. Overall, it was good stay.

Staying is good, where is especially quite compared with other hotels. But Surrounding environments including shopping, supermarket are not built or not enough at all.

The room is very clean and neat with many appliances like washing machine, cooking appliances, iron and board, hairdryer. It’s so convenient even if you have a plan to long stay there. And love the scent of the amenities There are other facilities such as swimming pool, gym, sauna with great cleanliness. The staffs are helpful and friendly. Breakfast selection is quite varied, but also can be further improved.
