Hotels with Airport pickup service in Paco de Arcos

Estava tudo impecável. Encontramos tudo limpo e arrumado. A única situação a apontar foi no pequeno almoço, achei que poderia haver mais variedade, apenas tinha o básico. Por exemplo, fruta lâminada, ovos mexidos, frutos secos, variedade de queijos e compotas caseiras. Mas no geral gostei muito de ter ficado alojada neste hotel.

Clean and very new room but if your idea is like ours and is looking for a pet friendly hotel I didn't like anything that puts that “can be charged**** supplements” you send a message to the hotel saying you're wearing two caniches toy, which I didn't have No answer, and after going up to the room and check in, tell me you need to talk to me, you charge me €20 per night with these two dogs, I understand they charge a supplement for them, but be clear in Booking.com and put your real price, because it is not the same to carry two 3kg toy canches each which do not release hair for their race, as a chowchow like that I saw in the reception, or a German pastor who if you have to have an extra cleaning for the hair topic, would not return for this topic, since at the end the price came out to me as a hotel in the centre of Lisbon with the same features.

I’m surprised to see so many bad reviews for this hotel, it must have improved a lot in recent times. I found this hotel lovely and clean, staff were friendly and helpful. There is a great pool which goes all the way from 0.8m deep to 3.8 metres deep so good for everyone, and it even has a little diving board. There is a pool bar but unfortunately it was not open at the time of my visit, perhaps it will reopen in high summer. The restaurant is on the 8th floor with an amazing view of the sea to look out on while you have your free buffet breakfast. There could be a few extra amenities in the room like a kettle or a fridge but that wasn’t a major issue for me. The location is also great because it’s so close to a beautiful beach, it only takes a couple of minutes to walk there. There’s also plenty of restaurants and cafes near by. Overall a really good stay.

Stayed here for 3 nights end of July to see Iron Maiden at the national stadium. We arrived as the bar was shutting but the barman very kindly for us a drink anyway. Comfortable rooms. Room smelled a bit when we came in but after airing it, was fine. Air con works. Room very dated but clean, maid service every day. Breakfast good, nice buffet. Evening meal basic selection of 3 different things. Nowhere else really to go and eat though. We walked into the town which is about ten minutes away and everything was shut at 7.30pm, no restaurants open, was like a ghost town. Only place open was a takeaway chicken, and that was actually very nice. Uber is cheaper to get anywhere than a taxi, around €11 into Lisbon itself. Not a hotel for families really as not much to do, or anywhere to go. Pool is nice. No kettle or any other facilities in the room to make a hot drink, so if the bar and restaurant are shut you don't have any options of getting a hot drink. Very easy access to the National stadium, short cut under the motorway, was just a 15 minute walk. Staff wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Would stay again but solely for the purpose of visiting a band at the National stadium.

During breakfast it turned out that there were several Russian families loudly enjoying themselves like nothing is happening in the world. Several guests, me including, were very annoyed by that and left the breakfast room. In current times we cannot ignore this anymore and we have to take responsibility.

My partner and I spent two nights here after a city hotel, for some relaxation. We considered the price reasonable (~100 Euros per night). The pool and restaurant area are just what we needed. The pool is right above the highway but most of the time you wouldn't notice. The view of the Tagus meeting the Atlantic is beautiful any time of day. The food in the restaurant was good, we particularly enjoyed breakfast. The hotel partners with a local masseuse, Nikita, who did a fantastic job on my over-worked legs. Two days prior, we had hiked at Sintra and Cabo da Roca lighthouse, down to Praia da Aroeira, which left me incredible sore, still (also definitely worth it and highly recommended). I walked out feeling more relaxed and in less pain. If you stay at this hotel, the massage is not to be missed, for only 40 Euros (plus tip, because c'mon, we're all good people here). The room was comfortable, although we had a small aircon issue where the air would not get cold enough for my hot-natured partner. With the windows open and the breeze, I was comfortable. The bed was sufficient for a good night's sleep, though more pillows would have been appreciated.

Remember this place is Value for money - a Budget Hotel / Motel.   The hotel is 30 minutes drive from the airport, €37 by taxi.   The location is nice close to the two beaches within walking distance. The resort has a nice clean swimming pool only for hotel guests.   Rooms are cleaned every day, to a satisfactory level, but wear and tear are visible in each corner and especially in the bathroom. Our shower was blocked, and water was going out very slowly. I reported it to the receptionist, but nothing has been done.    Tv is in each room with many-many channels, mostly English, so the lack of entertainment in the evening can be compensated for this way.   Every unit has a built-in air conditioner.   Food was a problem. Breakfast was fine, nothing can really go wrong with chopping ham, and cheese, and placing butter, and fruits on the buffet.   Lunch and dinner are a problem. I don’t think that there is any experienced chef working in the kitchen.   All was dry, without taste, and re-heated many times. Vegetable from Lidl or Aldi cans.  Out of 10 stars, food would get only 1 – not even that.   The staff at reception and in the dining, the room was very friendly and helpful.     So overall, go for it, but don’t pay too much – it’s a budget place.

There is a lot to say about this hostel but I'm not going to say just bad things because I stayed for two months It's a spacious place with a swimming pool near a train station, a wonderful beach for surfing and there are a lot of shops around The reception maintenance team is renewed quite often but generally they do their job well, they are people who come from afar for the most part, they are looking for recognition and a better quality of life. now we are going to talk about the big problems of this place caused by poor management of a surely negligent owner and one or more incompetent and irresponsible Manager During my stay here I saw five assaults, mostly on girls who work for the hostel. I never saw the owner or the Manager come to see anything or try to comfort his team, I had to intervene myself on aggressions inside the hostel to make the attackers leave we had to leave the place about ten days because of bedbug's On our return we had no compensation for this and the manager asked us to pay again the tourist tax that we had already paid, we should never have returned To newcomers, guests, or workers you can now have your own opinion before coming to these places think carefully many people left very quickly because they did not come to Europe to relive the same scenes of violence as in their country of origin. ENG: Summary: Somehow, *********** permits this barely-2-stars hotel to be verified with 4. The only thing good here are the surprisingly large rooms and the swimming pool. Possible one the most peculiar hotel I have been to in my life. Firstly, it is almost impossible to get there with a GPS. The only sign is a tiny one saying ”Local Hotel” in the front door. Secondly, the hotel is somehow 4 stars, when in reality it doesn't go over 2 stars. Some examples of this: horribly low maintenance the walls haven't been cleaned probably since it was constructed. Moreover, there is humidity problems in the hotel. The breakfast, is terribly bad. Resembling the breakfast of a backpacking hostel. Moreover, the ”room service” is basically non-existent, in which they give you ”clean” towels (not enough for everyone, we were 4, they gave us 2.) The only good thing I can think about in this hotel is probably the surprisingly large rooms and the swimming pool. Además, el ”servicio de habitaciones” es básicamente inexistente, en el que te dan toallas ”limpias” (no alcanzan para todos, éramos 4, nos dieron 2). Lo único bueno que se me ocurre en este hotel es probablemente las habitaciones sorprendentemente grandes y la piscina

Friendly staff, nice and clean facilities and a perfect location for exploring too. Only 10 mins from train station which can get you to Lisbon, Cascais and Nos Alive in under half an hour! The hostel itself is a cool vibe with a lovely swimming pool and garden for relaxing. They’ve games in the hostel so you will never be bored. I came here with a group of friends and we enjoyed what they had to offer, we would highly recommend and we would definitely come again ☺️
