The only positive note is the location of this villa, a few km from the sea on the hills of the high Monferrato, the location is invidiable. For the rest, nightmares hotels : the incuria, the poor cleaning of common spaces, and rooms, they do it as a master, the international breakfast buffet advertised on the site nor the shadow : crostains packed, frozen packed, packed pancarre ... The structure does not deserve the four stars you are swept out : the stairs leading to the pool are covered by dry leaves, and high grass, The swimming pool is really poorly cured : the washing room is dirty and full of dry leaves , the washing room does not even go out of the water, all around dirt and negligence, the beds on board the pool are old , some broken and not even enough for the few guests present, And not to mention the two only shadows of which one broke, the stairs that lead from outside to the reception are dirty, the glasses of the entrance are full of screws and have not been cleaned for a while. It is surrounded by high grass and there and there are black spacious bags, really bad visit ticket even for some foreign guests that will certainly not make a good advertising. The structure seems in abandon ... paddled. I don't recommend you.
