Ouagadougou is a calm city. You don't see lots of people in a hurry going somewhere as in many of the cities I have visited. Tje city is full of bikes known locally as 'Moto'. What fascinated me is the high number of women bike/scooter riders. They ride just as the men with confidence, agility, zooming past each other while also taking care of each other. It is very clean compared to other local hotels. But it can't be compared with domestic, it's almost the same as domestic 3 stars, and it can't reach 4 stars. But don't expect too much in this country. Hotel WIFI network speed is ok, but China's WeChat, mailboxes are not available. I do not know why.
