Travel type: Solo travel.
Location: Super convenient, all attractions can be reached by citywalk.
Environmental hygiene: Clean OK, bath towels are better than many other hotels.
Breakfast: Very satisfied
Disadvantages: Poor sound insulation

Very very good experience. The location is very close to Parliament Hill, churches and art galleries. It is very convenient and the beds are brand new. It is highly recommended to take a jail tour. The tour guide is very funny and humorous. It is a great experience! (This is a photo taken during the visit hh, not the actual place where I stayed. The room is very big and nice.

Enjoyed the history and uniqueness of the place. Was a bit cold at night so you need to be prepared in the winter months. Will come again.

Cool place to stay while in Ottawa.
Some of the individual rooms appear to be cells that have been split in two, and not the original size of the cells. I stayed in one of these, which are quite small.

Cool idea of the jail conversion. I stayed in bunk room but cell living is narrow from what I saw.
Novotel next door for food and tv watching (sports).
