Great place to stay. Beautiful kitchen and utensils. The apartment smells good. bed was comfortable and sheets were Krispy clean. Its a !0 for me

We booked two nights online, but when we checked in the owner keeps bothering us, said we didn’t told him before we check in that we have truck needs to park since it says free parking on their website, and no rules to clarify what kind of cars is allowed to park! So we told him we’re from Toronto and doing a job here in Ottawa for two days, if we are not allowed to park our truck then we can parked somewhere else. And the owner said refund to us to find another place to stay. It was mid of the night but he’s still bothered us until next morning. Then we told him just one small car for parking tonight, he agreed. But after few hours he kept saying refund to us. I just ignored his phone calls, and find another hotel tonight. To be honest, the house was nice, but we were so disappointed to be treated like that.

Beautiful home with incredible hosts. A comfortable bedroom with a fridge, microwave coffee maker, storage and a private bathroom. I’d recommend this home to anyone needing a place to stay.

We were a family of 5 members total. The property is a 2 bedroom basement property that was quite large to be honest. Both bedrooms had King sized beds so our sleep was very comfortable. There were 2 bathrooms. Both were very Good with 24 hrs hot water supply. For bathrooms one issue was the lack of hooks to hang our clothes but otherwise no other issues. The main issue was the kitchen. It is in the process of completion so there is no sink or stove to cook. No kitchenware either. One other request would be to provide cleaning supplies like broom and mop so that we can clean generally before we leave and 2 garbage bins for segregation at source will help. But otherwise the hosts were very kind and very helpful. Complete privacy. Felt safe. If kitchen is complete, we will choose this property every time we want to visit Ottawa.

Owner was very welcoming and helpful, very spacious and spotless room, clean bedsheets, washrooms very neat with good lightings. Very quiet and safe environment to relax. Really enjoyed my stay. Highly recommendable
