I had an awesome stay at the Hotel Sunplaza 2 Annex! The room was definitely on the smaller side, but it truly djd everything I needed it to do and was a great place to make plans in the morning and return to in the evening. Great location for trying food, taking the subway, and going shopping!

Because the woman went alone, she was unaware of her surroundings and was worried. I searched and there are homeless people, but the location is good and there are many convenience stores. Don Quijote, Daiso, etc.. there are many restaurants. I went with the intention of giving it a go, but it was better than I expected! Advantages ㅡ Cost-effective accommodation ㅡ Near Shin-Imamiya Station ㅡ Suitcase storage service (highly recommended!!!!) ㅡ Kindness! Since I can't speak the language, I can tell you through Papago. He explained things kindly and gave answers in simple English. ㅡ Microwave oven, beverage vending machine, coffee, black tea, green tea, water purifier, and ice are available on the 1st floor. ㅡ There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. (Takoya near the hotel and Tenryu Ramen across the street are delicious>ㅠ<b) ㅡThe shower room has warm water and can be used independently. -There is a public bath (only showers are available in the morning. I could not use it due to time constraints) disadvantage ㅡ No soundproofing ㅠㅡㅠ Earplugs required next to the elevator on the 1st floor! (I can hear the sound of the hair dryer, coming and going, and the sound of the door opening) - It's noisy because it's right next to the train. ㅡ There is a hospital and police station nearby, so you can hear a lot of sirens. ㅡ Thin towel. Dust flying. It’s very thin!!! Bring your own towel!! ㅡThe dryer is weak. They say it's dangerous for a woman alone at Shin-Imamiya Station, unless it's late at night. I think it's a good neighborhood, but there will be homeless people wherever you go. On the day I traveled, I saw a lot of homeless people in Dotonbori. This is a place where a lot of foreigners hang out! If you were scared after seeing bad reviews in the past, except for the noise issue, I think it's a really good accommodation...

I didn’t know it was a couple hotel in advance, but I found out after I made the reservation after reading the reviews. After arriving, it actually felt very good. The price is very cheap for a person staying in a hotel outside, and the price/performance ratio is very high. All facilities are available. And the hotel actually has higher hygiene standards than ordinary hotels, and the sound insulation effect is obviously better. Of course you know the reason. Then for breakfast, you can call the front desk to make a reservation, or it can be delivered to you that morning. The nearest subway station is Station 13, which is only one or two stops away from Osaka Umeda. I highly recommend you to go for a walk by the river near the hotel. The scenery is very open and it is very suitable for taking children to play.

Great location, no front desk after 11pm. There are floors for women. The single room is very small. But it's clean and air-conditioned. There are public bathrooms on the floor. The facilities are quite complete, but the bathroom only has cold water for washing your face.

Very good feeling, convenient, quiet, free, has a bath, has a hot spring. In the center of tourism, my first choice when I came to Osaka, I am very satisfied.

In addition, the room cleaning is not timely enough, and sometimes the bedding or towels are not replaced. Generally speaking, except for the small size of the room and the need for improvement in service quality, other facilities are acceptable. If the hotel can solve these two problems, I believe it will improve the overall guest experience. If I have the opportunity in the future, I will still consider staying here, but I will book a larger room in advance.

The surrounding environment is quite chaotic, but it is still very safe unless you go out at 11 or 12 o'clock. You may need to be more vigilant when going out at night. The surrounding area is very convenient. The hotel is between JR Shin-Imamiya Station and Subway Zoo-mae Station. There are also stations of Hankai Electric Railway and Nankai Electric Railway nearby. The hotel room is relatively small and the sound insulation is average. It is not recommended for those who are sensitive to sound. The service of the hotel is very good. There are public areas and vending machines on the first floor. There are Tamade and some small restaurants nearby.

It's close and I like it haha The downside is that the siren sounds often at night.

The room I started in was a smoking room and the smell was quite strong. We exchanged rooms. I was guided to a non-smoking room. The room had a different smell. They took care of me and I just needed to sleep, so I stayed there.

Cool and really cool It is highly recommended for friends who are traveling to Osaka to stay at this hotel. All good. Close to Shin Imamiya station, there is a mini onsen. And the hotel staff were all very helpful. Easy communication with them. For smokers there are also special rooms on the 6th floor for smokers.
