Abit small but cosy hotel for 2. Btw The komeda coffee shop on the first floor is gone. Staffs are polite and efficient. The location of the hotel is also very near to dotonbori and many shopping streets

Great location. Just a few minutes walk to Dotonbori. Room a bit small but its a good base if you plan to visit different places in Osaka!

Great location. Very near to Dotonburi as well as the Nipponbashi Station. The staff was helpful and mindful. The room was bigger than expectation.
Overall was satisfying during the stay of 4 nights.

The room is clean, I was very happy with the cleanliness! The location itself is excellent, in the centre of Osaka with many restaurants, shops and bars nearby!
The room itself is very small, there isn’t much room to move- less room if you have a 20-30 kg suitcase.
The bed was not comfortable. There was something like a metal bar right in the middle of the mattress which you could not lie on top of as it sticks out.
I found the hotel staff to be polite but not courteous. They did not show any above average sort of courtesy. During the check in process the staff member stuck his hand out for my passport before even speaking. For me this is very transactional. I’m on holiday, not at the immigration office.
When I asked about taxis, “you can just find one outside, it’s a big road”. I wanted to ask more about the taxis around Osaka, I ended up paying 16000 yen and google says that’s about right but I’m still not sure and would have liked to discuss with someone directly.

Room was very small and cramped than expected. In very good location walking distance to Dotonbori though. Would be perfect for budget travelers and those who who solo travel. Hotel lobby had a weird smell every time we walked in. Service and hotel check in was soo helpful and great staff!

Overall experience was good. The only downside was they did not allow arrangements for luggage transfer to my next hotel.
Hotel room has a manual key, faucet in sink is a bit outdated but overall clean.

Very accommodating staff. And nice too. They allowed us to check in even if it is already 5am of the next day. Due to train suspension, we were late for check in.
