The property is located just at the entrance to the inner city. For healthy people, it's a nice 20-25 minutes' walk along the river to get to downtown. Otherwise one must take the car out from the ample, relatively cheap, hotel parking provided, as the nearest tram stop is not that near, either. Rooms and bathrooms are adequate, breakfast is good, and the excellent restaurant deserves a separate review. The view of the Loire River and beyond from our high-floor room alone was worth the stay. The hotel is very popular, particularly as a stop for tourists on their way to Northern Europe. Thus, during the season it's best to reserve early.
The Hotel Campanile Orléans Centre – Gare enjoys an exceptional location at the heart of the city. 3 mins walk from the train station and 10 mins from the cathedral, you are at your leisure to discover Orléans. Prior to a day of excursions or studying, a generous breakfast awaits in the hotel's restaurant. A meeting room is available.

The hotel is directly opposite the Orleans Central Railway Station and the second floor of the train. The hotel is directly connected to the hotel via the second floor platform. The waiter was warm and the room was clean and tidy. The only problem was that the room was small and the luggage table in the room was small. I could only put the box on the ground, and then I had to cross the box to cross...

The hotel price is really nothing to say, clean and tidy, there is a microwave oven, basic kitchenware, you can cook for yourself. The only thing that is not so good is that there is some noise around. I don't know if it is a special situation or something. I have been clearing the trash can to collect the trash can in the early morning. It is really noisy and noisy. There is also a loud noise in the hotel refrigerator, but the overall is good.

The hotel is a little far from the Orleans Central Railway Station. It takes about 10 minutes to get there, but the surroundings are quieter and the facilities are more updated than the IBIS at the Central Railway Station.

I was having a great stay until this evening. After a day out exploring this lovely region I was excited to go to the sauna and pool area to relax. Another couple were there watching sport on their ipad. I asked them not to and they turned down the volume, so I could hear tinny sports commentators. This is not what I expect when I want to relax in the pool area and I chose this hotel over others and paid for this service. I complained to the girl on duty who did talk to them but said she could do nothing because they turned the volume down. This is terrible customer service, the pool area is not a sports bar. I will be making a formal complaint to Accor and Novotel about this. It has really ruined my trip.

It's a very good hotel. I really like it. The environment and hardware are very good. The location is superior, the scenery is beautiful, the service is considerate, the praise is great. I will stay next time

The hotel is perfectly located just a few steps from the city centre and the shopping streets. The Accor members could not enjoy this service free of charge? The reception is quick and effective, perfect explanations. The room is wide, well decorated, the comfortable bed, but once again a few details make it possible to turn ourselves quickly to competition. In fact, no bottle of water available in the room, no toilet products in the sdb, one toilet box per person, it really makes pink. The hotel is very comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable.

The location is a bit off. It's a lot more convenient if you drive a car. The whole is ok, but the breakfast is very average. Maybe we eat it a little later, but it is all at nine o'clock. Even the basic eggs and ham are not supplied. There is a little regret 𪩸😡

Part of coach trip returning from Italy 6th October We were expecting a set 3 course meal after a long day travelling Starter was a mug, half filled with beige soup and hard as rocks stale bread crusts. At bottom of mug looked like raw egg yolk Main was a brown leg of chicken with mash flavoured with gravy Dessert was cheesecake Vegetarian passengers said later they were served raw white fish (they were fish eaters) Utter chaos at breakfast. Not small hot selection and I was unable to locate a tea bag. Staff kept well out of view though some people had to chase them up when mugs ran out Our coach drivers said they took photos and are lodging an official complaint about hotel, via their head office I am over 60 and this is one of worst hotels I've stayed in Rooms were fine but food at evening meal would probably infringe some people s humans rights I do have photo evidence but as phone saved these in heic format I cannot upload them at the moment

Excellent
GGuest UserMy husband booked this hotel as a treat for my birthday. Unfortunately, our ‘superior’ room was on the third floor-definitely not a treat when the stairs are extremely vertiginous, there is no lift, and the birthday you are hoping to celebrate in one piece is your 70th! The room was pleasant, with a pretty decor, beautiful fabric lined walls, and interesting vintage furniture, yet rather cramped. It wasn’t possible to fully open the bathroom door as the bed was in the way. This made the room slightly oppressive; a great pity when so much thought had clearly gone into other design features. Nonetheless, the bathroom was more spacious, as well as being modern, spotless and neat. Although it’s in a good location, I would recommend establishing which floor your room will be on before you book this hotel. Walking downstairs is a truly terrifying experience and I have no doubt there are much nicer rooms than the one we stayed in!
KKseni363I was overall very disappointed by the stay at Empreinte hotel, which has nothing to do with a 4 Star standards or with luxury that one tries to promote on their website! The private parking that I have booked 6 months in advance was not available! The room that was proposed as an upgrade had an extremely small bathroom that is not a separate bathroom at all, but a built-in toilet with shower, just separated by a glass-wall! Very stingy hotel policy: no welcome drinks like water, no body lotion, no second vanity kit or second soap for the second person, no space even to put a toothbrush near the washbasin, the room was very dusty with dirty window and damaged dusty curtains. The air-conditioner was so loud that it was mot possible to sleep! No proper wardrobe, first time in my life I saw a kind of mini wardrobe including minibar in the ”bathroom”. The breakfast was poor in choice and some things like pancakes or croissants were not fresh... only safe was good!
GGuest UserThe room was spacious, the mattress was thick and comfortable. The breakfast was very warm.
Not far from the train station and the city center, it is very convenient to travel freely. You can recommend it to friends ...
The staff were really nice. We had had a really long drive in the snow and it was great to be welcomed so warmly. Our room was warm and clean. Dinner was excellent, as was breakfast. The location is nice, other hotels in Orleans are on an industrial estate but this is in a wooded area. We would recommend this hotel.
Oopty5Hotel close to the close centre, 10 minutes walk to the cathedral. Easy access from the railway station. I travel with a small baggage so for me it was a nice walk. Helpful service, you can get everything in English. The reception is open in certain hours, shorter during weekends and holidays, so you need to learn a few procedures, and if you arrive outside the reception hours, the hotel sends a very accurate instruction. It is a hotel where guests clean the Annex, download the garbage and take the garbage to the containers at -1 level.
GGuest UserIt is a small hotel along a major road and well located for visiting the city center. Double glazing is very efficient. The style is minimalist but it has everything you need. Breakfast is a bit limited but good. A good point for the welcome from the receptionist who did everything he could to help us. He even brought our bike bags up to the rooms. Hats off, we don't often get this type of attention, even in much higher-ranked hotels.
GGuest UserPassing for one night for a journey for work Hotel really falling point to sleep 1 night no more rooms are modern certainly, but wet, cold and noisy I took this hotel at the last minute so really at point of The staff remains very welcome. Breakfast is medium and a little cheap. The litter and good without anymore The bathroom is very small. I recommend this hotel to really have a cheap fall point. This is a medium review for a medium hotel that can improve if for example: Soundproofing worked The room heating is reviewed The freshest breakfast Good reading Yoni
Used this for an overnight stop on route back up from the South of France. Good location, clean budget room that was good value too. Close to amenities for food/drink & the Patisserie at the end of the road has a great choice on offer for breakfast!
