I had to go to the airport early in the morning so I stayed here and it was okay! In particular, I was able to get to the airport comfortably thanks to the free shuttle!

This will be a wonderful place when the renovations are finished. Our stay was loud, and we spent a lot of time waiting for elevators due to the construction. The lobby is gone and the breakfast room was cramped - such a difference from before. Breakfast room staff just stood in the door talking, not noticing the people who had come in with no where to sit. Disappointing.

Property was undergoing renovation and due to this, dust was a problem. We had not been informed of the renovations.

Would have liked to have known about the renovations prior to booking. Very noisy and limited parking due to construction vehicles taking up so many spaces. Not impressed with paid parking in the hotel parking lot. Unhappy checking in at 3pm and not having running water until 6pm. Was also told my room had been renovated…a portion of the headboard and attached nightstand were missing. Bathroom appeared patched together. Timer on lighting is frustrating and entire room poorly lit. Mini fridge on floor and no microwave in room. Very clean, though, and staff superb! Likely will not use this chain again. Pet friendliness is another huge plus as is the airport shuttle.

Good location to stay before heading to the airport. They offer long-term parking and have a shuttle too. An extra bonus is the nearby park (2 min walk) with a small playground where the kids can burn off some steam before travelling.

Such great customer service!!!! Hotel is inder renovations right now (dec 2023). Hotel is a great location, breaksfast area is clean and good assortment, the cookies they have ARE PHENOMENAL.
My only thing is the light switch with sensor in the shower...kept causing the lights to go out.
