This was a pretty hotel in a great location for an overnight stay. Staff were good but there should have been more on the cafe and reception area. Would recommend to others. Great view from our room and food was good although a little expensive for what you got.

We stayed in the hotel with our 3 little kids during the Easter break and the experience could not have been better! The hotel has been recently refurbished. We stayed in a family room, big, bright and with a lovely view to the river and the mountains. Breakfast was very good, great variety of food and a yummy selection of home made cakes. There is a little corner for kids in the dinning room that my kids loved it! We also had dinner a couple of nights at the hotel, very convenient after a tiring day of turism. The hotel is very well located to visit the villages of the Black Forest and its just 40 minutes from Strasbourg. But what we liked the most is the friendly staff. They were super attentive. We forgot some clothes in the hotel when we left and they quickly reacted to send us by post our stuff. That was highly appreciated! For sure, we will come back soon!

Wir sind für eine Übernachtung angereist und kamen am Ruhetag des Hotels an. Leider konnten wir erst nicht einchecken da unsere Zimmerkarten nicht in den Schlüsselkästen auffindbar waren. Freundlicherweise kam der Chef des Hotels nach einem kurzen Telefonat schnell vorbei und gab uns die Zimmerkarten sodass wir einchecken konnten. Die Zimmer waren schön groß und in sehr gutem Zustand.
Leider wurde für unser Kind keine extra Bettwäsche hergerichtet sodass wir nachts keine Decke und Kissen für ihn hatten. Da das Personal nicht im Haus war, haben wir die Nacht dann so überbrückt. Schade da bei Buchung 3 Personen angegeben wurden.
Frühstück war in Ordnung. Eine größere Käseauswahl wäre schön gewesen da es bei unserem Aufenthalt nur eine Sorte Scheibenkäse gab.
Fleischerzeugnisse gab es mehr. Deklariert war es leider nicht sodass man nicht wusste, was man da zu sich nahm.
Auf Wunsch wurde einem aber frische Waffeln zubereitet was toll ist Eine schöne Kinderspielecke ist auch vorhanden.

Hotel poco cálido, poco acogedor. Cuando llegamos las camas estaban sin hacer, eso si, las sábanas estaban para que tú las hicieras. Pero no es eso lo peor, al día siguiente al llegar por la noche la habitación estaba sin hacer.
El desayuno, sin comentarios, penoso, tan escaso que no había nada para elegir
