The shower had someone else's hair in it until a front desk person cleaned it. The front desk staff are amazing.

Tv, coffee maker did not work. Room next to outdoor heat exchanger which was loud and started and stopped continuously through the night. Property in a scary location. Charged $15/night for outdoor parking. Train wreck- expected more from *******

Didn’t realize that the pool area would be occupied by bunch of children and that’s my fault. I thought maybe I’d get some adult time in. Also because of the wood floors which are nice you’re able to hear kids running around jumping off furniture from the floor above. That’s why I was not able to get enough sleep. My check in was long and although I was next in line it took quite some time for the person in front to get taken care of. The room was clean however and nice that Burger theory is conveniently connected to the hotel.

There was a cockroach infestation in our room 412 two nights ago so we left and have yet to hear from management. The floors were very visible dirty. We’re expecting at least a full refund.

Well i prepaid for the room so i wouldn't have to b worried about being over charged & would for sure have money to feed my kids & then instead of using card on file for incidentals I had to give another card so again I have no money to feed my kids & have to wait 11 days to get money back.

The view wasnt to good, just a building and cars driving by. Overall it was a drcent stay nothing to spectacular. The hot tub was nice but few towles and its always full of people. Only true negative was someine randonly walked into our room with a key card that worked for ours, staff said they didnt know how it happened and would look into it, they just cancelled all the cards and gave us new ones never really explained how that happened. Gotta late checkout though.

Need update. Staff friendly. Not easy access since the train tracks cross next to the place. But the things that I don’t like at all was they offer shuttle to the airport, and they said “ just during working hours?!” Since my flight was as so early in the morning I need to call a cab. So, not good for “airport stop” .

My stay was a success because I was able to get some good rest. I didn’t have to worry about people being overly noisy. Customer service was excellent, my only complaint was that I was not informed at check in about the complimentary breakfast. And when I wrote in about that I was immediately contacted by the general manager who was Mr. Ghorpade, his customer service skills were excellent and sincere.
