Unfriendly staff and very expensive for the uncleanliness of the camping!. You was not allowed to wash your dishes from 14pm till 18pm and the toilets and shower closed from 10am til midday, and only tree toilets for this big place so you can imagine the rest it smelled like a open toilet the hole camping!.

Didn’t even get to stay the night! We got stuck in traffic on the way and notified the campsite we would be arriving late. When we turned up everything was locked up and closed. After phoning them they said it was too late and to try again tomorrow. I had to sleep on the side of the road in my car.

We have stayed for one night at this campsite on route to and from Spain a few times, but this time we stayed 3 nights. We explored a couple of areas up the Pyrenees mountains on the motorbike. The staff have always been friendly, welcoming and helpful. And on this trip the lady at the reception helped my husband with talking to dealer regarding a problem with his motorcycle. Without her kindness he wouldn't have been able to get the parts needed. The campsite is situated close to supermarkets, all within walking distance. There are some nice walking and cycling routes around the area. The facilities are kept clean and tidy, flat grass pitches, plenty of space on each pitch. Will definitely be back this year.

I am trying to contact Camping Pyrenees Nature but the contact form on the website does not work (it says all fields must be completed, and they already are). There appears to be no other way of contacting them by email - please can someone reply, as we would like to reserve for some nights.

Dreadful!! No sleep at all. Campsite backs onto a huge sports ground constant noise during the day and worse at night,booming music from the sports hall until 5am. Second time we have stayed here should have learned a lesson the first time but not much other choice in the area unfortunately. Showers cold and campsite swarming with mosquitoes. Never going to return. AVOID!

Monsieur, votre réponse conforte ma première réflexion sur la mentalité de la direction ou le vénal l emporte sur le commercial. Bien sûr vous n êtes pas ouvert 24H sur 24, j ai précisé que c était normal, je vous invite à relire ce que j'ai écrit en septembre. Si je n'ai pas téléphone à l avance pour X raison , mais étant habitué au camping, comme je l'ai précisé aussi, je savais qu'il y avait un grand parking pour les arrivées et que je pouvais régulariser le lendemain. Mais au lieu de remettre en question votre gestion lacunaire sur les arrivées tardives, vous préférez une attaque pour défense comme vous le faites à chaque critique. Ce n'est pas du venin mais une colère profonde qui s exprime après 10 ans de loyauté au camping. Quel remerciement de votre part ! Comme vous l'avez insinué je ne suis nullement habitué aux réseaux sociaux, mais cette attitude par personne interposée, le gardien n à fait que vous obéir, m à énormément chamboulé et j avais besoin de le faire savoir à la nouvelle direction. Grandir c'est accepter la critique. Bonne continuation mais avec une attitude plus humaine de la direction, les employés eux sont formidables.

Habitué à ce camping depuis plus de 10 ans, nous sommes arrivés vers 23h30 ce dimanche, camping fermé normal, nous nous mettons sur le parking en attendant le lendemain pour une entrée. Nous avons été rejeté vers minuit. Même en expliquant que nous venions de nous taper plus de 700kms et que le lendemain nous prenions une entrée dès l ouverture, le gardien n'a rien voulu savoir. J'ai 65 ans , 60 ans de camping, je n'ai jamais vu ça ! On nous autorise toujours de patienter sur le parking des arrivés. Le propriétaire actuel confond profit avec attitude commerciale, on pouvait nous demander une pièce d identité à récupérer à l accueil s il avait peur que l on resquille, ça me paraît du bon sens et être respectueux des campeurs.
