The staff were lovely, and the ground floor area was as shown. Our room was seriously in need of a refurbishment and was the tiniest Hotel room we (at nearly 70) have ever seen. The shower entrance was at an angle towards the end of one bed. I could kick it shut. The shower door was unable to open fully in the space available. It was hot in the room but raining outside - if we opened the window the rain came straight in towards two electric sockets.

Du personnel à l’écoute, des chambres adaptées aux personnes en situation de handicap et propres ! Nous n hésiterons pas à revenir lorsque nous serons de nouveau aux alentours d Orléans ! Vous recherchions un point de chute pour visiter Orléans et à prix raisonnables et nous n'avons pas été déçus. En voiture, vous ètes à environ 30 minutes du centre ville mais juste en face de l'hôtel, vous avez le tram. Cela vous évite de conduire et de trouver une place de stationnement. En plus, il y a aussi un Mac do, collé à l'hôtel pour manger sur le pouce, vous ètes à quelques minutes de l'autoroute et l'hôtel est très confortable et propre. Le personnel est adorable et les petits déjeuners sont très bien surtout pour le prix. Si nous avons l'occasion, nous y renviendrons avec plaisir.

La réceptionniste d'une grande gentillesse, petit déjeuner très correct, repas fait maison de bonne qualité. Petit bémol le cabinet de toilette vraiment mal placé le long du mur. Dans l'ensemble très bien. Proche du tramway, le personnel très agréable.

De reden om voor dit hotel te kiezen, was het afgesloten parkeerterrein, niet al te ver gelegen van de snelweg. Mijn kamer had 2 eenpersoons bedden die tegen een muur aan stonden, een muur waar alle gasten dus blijkbaar tegenaan liggen. Op de hoofdkussens lagen sierkussens waarvan de slopen niet gewisseld worden en die soms ook op de grond liggen. Niet hygiënisch. De toilet zat tegen de muur en het deurkozijn aan. Mijn billen raakten dus telkens de vieze muur en deur. Dat vond ik echt vies. Het behang op de slaapkamer had hele vieze vlekken……. Alsof er chocomelk overheen was gegaan (maar het was ondefinieerbaar). De vloerbedekking van het hele hotel zat onder de vlekken, waardoor het hele hotel er nogal smoezelig uitzag. De foto’s op de website kwamen niet overheen met de werkelijkheid. De jongen achter de receptie was behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

La TV ne fonctionnait pas - à la recherche de télécommandes sans succès 2 serviettes pour 4 Infiltrations au niveau de la fenêtre Bref vraiment pas top du tout pour le prix payé Par contre bonne literie, ce qui sauve le séjour
