While the employees were lovely, the hotel was not clean. We found bugs in our room. Our shower broke and it was not fixed so we didn’t have a shower the second morning. The rooms have wear and tear as well.

Clean and tidy. Check-in was simple and easy, host very helpful (excellent recommendation for restaurant for supper).
Only real complaint was lack of any useful counter space in bathroom and meager breakfast.

The property needs repairs and updating. For example, the shower in our room did not work. The water would not go up to the shower head.

Front desk staff so nice & accomodating. Room, hallways, pool lobby veryclean. Breakfast wasn't much, but the bed was great!! Will stay again!

This hotel is just OK. It was fine for a quick night stay with husband and two dogs. There was hair in the bathtub, but everything else was clean enough. There was a police officer who regularly patrolled the hallways during our stay. We asked the front desk and she assured us it was safe.

Good for a quick stay. For the most part things were decently clean. All of the bedding looked clean which was what I was most concerned about but the side table/desk wasn’t cleaned very well. Staff was very nice!

I was disappointed that the shower did not have grab bars. My friend and I felt unsafe without them. Grab bars are very helpful and all other hotels I have stayed at, have them.
The staff was very accommodating and helpful when I had to call 911 for my friend who had an anaphylactic episode.
