Excellent hotel. Very nice, clean and confortable bedroom. Excellent food. Swimming pool is great. Very good staff. Possibiliy of taking walks in the hills with a very good guide. You just have to check with the reception. So I really recommend this place .

Epic Nyagatare has never disappointed me. Every visit brings a new positive experience. It was great to see a full time staff in the children playroom, which allowed us to get some rest and rejuvenate knowing that our little one is in good hands. The staff were very friendly, accommodating and quick to address any request. The hotel is family friendly with a beautiful pool, spa, kids playroom, green space, gym, plenty games to enjoy with your teens and of course the food was great too. I strongly recommend this hotel to all families.

Very nice hotel, the staff was very greatfull with us. We had an amazing experience with a local village near to the hotel with Olivier Izabe who help us a lot to organize a trip during our journey. Thank you for all the staff to help us to have great memories from Rwanda !

We had a great stay at the hotel. All of the staff, especially Oliver Izambe, went out of their way to make us feel at home, Oliver especially. He was able, at less than a day's notice, to arrange for me to visit a brick maker, to see a manufacturing process that I was particularly interested in. We shall be back.

The hotel was beautiful and the service was excellent. During our stay we managed to see quite a bit of the country but our stay at Mantis Epic Hotel is really one we’ll remember for a long time. A special shoutout to Oliver Izabe who was a massive help in facilitating our holiday!

Rwanda is a beautiful country with great people and nice landscape and scenery. Oliver from shop has been a good host at the epic hotel. Well done and keep it. Akagera national park is fantastic and you guys take good care of your nation and the resources you got

Awesome well organised and attentive to details . Venuste and Divine were amazing - went over and above to accommodate any requests I had. I will definitely be back. Murakoze… the food. Clean rooms , attention to details , kind and caring staff

this place is an absolute gem. the space is well put together and showcases the best of Rwandan hospitality. very comfortable yet luxurious rooms. amazing food and everyone has a big smile on to offer the most amazing service ever. totally loved my stay and will definitely come back.

My stay at mantis epic hotel was really nice, the staff was very hospitable, especially Oliver from the curio shop he was very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to come back. Our game safari in akagera was fantastic too, l enjoyed big five. Rwanda is very beautiful and clean.
