Me and my husband went to a 7 day vacation to the firs. The place is aesthetically pleasing and has a rustic vibe to it. The hospitality was a 10/10. The staff were helpful and kind and always had a big smile on their face. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The manager Sudharshan was especially kind and guided us throughout our journey. The food was amazing many varieties to choose from. My husband loved the Sri Lankan cuisine from there. A big Thank you to the team of the firs! ❤️

From check in time to check out we were treated like royalty. Sanath the butler did a wonderful job making our stay comfortable and enjoyable . He brought all of our bags in to our rooms, made our beds, waited our table for breakfast/dinner, and made sure to bring our morning tea/coffee right on time. We truly felt like we were home. The food was absolutely delicious, Chef Kelum put a lot of love and passion into his cooking and always made sure everything was to our liking. The attention to detail and the effort put in by these two made our stay unforgettable. If you are looking for a serene/peaceful location with beautiful views and great service I highly recommend JetWing Broomfield. This villa is also owned by the Bandarainke family and has a lot of history the decorations and furniture gives it a very beautiful old school feel. I will be sure to visit again.

We had a fabulous 3 nights stay. The hotel is beautiful with a lovey lounge, snooker room, dining room and Spa facilities. The outdoor heated pool is fantastic. The room was beautiful with a large 4 poster bed and jacuzzi bath. Very comfortable bed. The food was outstanding! The chef would discuss with us every day what we would like and make special perpetrations. Absolutely delicious. The staff absolutely made the stay very special. Very welcoming and attentive, nothing is too much trouble. Thank you for playing pool with my husband every night, he really enjoyed it!

One of the most satisfying hotels in this trip, the rooms are huge and the decoration is luxurious. Attentive English service, breakfast and dinner are great. I heard that there were many Chinese guests before the bombing, and this time the hotel was a Chinese. I heard that I had to spend more than a thousand nights, we only need more than 600. I hope to get better soon!

We checked in at Araliya Red on 9th September 2024 and Checked out on 12th September 2024. It was a great experience with perfect location in Nuwara Eliya. Staff was friendly and helpful. We were welcome with great smile. Meals were so good. Special thanks goes to Ms.Sanduni Somawardana ( Group HR Manager) my friend who recommended us to stay in this hotel and Mr. Chanaka (Operation Manager - Araliya Red) who always treat us with his exceptional Service and welcome. Can't wait to visit here next time.

I stayed at Jinling for two nights and it was quite good. The hotel is located on a hillside. The scenery outside the window is very beautiful. The temperature is several degrees lower. It often rains. It is very close to the Pink Post Office and the Governor's Palace.

Arriving in the afterglow of the setting sun, the two-story small building of this villa is quite suitable for couples or a family of four. Since our tour guide only accompanies us for one day, we solved the dinner problem before arriving at the destination. If you don’t prepare dinner, the waiter at the hotel will use tutu Drive customers down the mountain to eat. But we have to come back before ten o'clock in the evening. Opposite the hotel is the highest mountain in Sri Lanka. The sound of praying for blessing accompanies us to sleep and accompanies us to get up early and open the window to see the best mountain village in Lanka, surrounded by clouds and mist. Generally speaking, the focus is on the bathtub with a very good view. It is just the decoration because the temperature here is low and the hot water is not enough. It is not enough to take a bath. The hot water was gone as soon as I applied the shampoo. The whole process of shampooing my hair with ice water even though I felt super helpless. The first day of 2019 was very speechless. Breakfast was the bread ➕ eggs ➕ ham sausage delivered the night before. Make your own omelette. Ok

We went there on 8 July 2022. We were the only guest in the hotel apparently. The hotel was hard to find as no proper signs guide the directions. Eventually we got there. On arrival we were told that only cash payment could be accepted, this we found rather strange as there were 2 Credit card machine present. The staff hardly spoke English though as it was becoming dark we decided to have diner in the restaurant. Please see the photo on the poor diner at the CheRiz. As said the staff hardly spoke English and by insisting and insisting we got half of what we wanted. The WIFI was not working at all until we found out that it was only working in the lobby area. After diner we went to our room and all lights were turned off in the main lobby area, so it was scary to sit down in the lobby where the Internet worked more likely than in our room. In the morning we had breakfast with some French fried and eggs. Please see photo, rather poor I would say. We were told that the owner was from New Zealand and he just left for New Zealand. On the check out we insisted to pay by CC but that was not possible the said. On top of that we could not receive a proper invoice. Only after insisting and insisting and trying, the credit card payment succeeded. Unfortunately we forgot a power bank in the room Elgin, our driver called the hotel and it was found in the room. Good news. A few hours later we had made a plan, without waisting petrol, to receive our power bank back. Therefore the hotel was called again with our recovery plan. We were told there was no power bank found at all. We were told to check our bagage better as there was no power bank in the hotel. The manager told us that she had asked the staff again and no power bank was found. So apart from trying to get cash instead of a genuine traceable credit card we were treated badly on the discovery of our power bank. Therefore for us this is not a trustworthy hotel. Avoid in all instances !

It had an amazing view, and it is based around a couple of mountains, so it gets darker earlier, and it was a super view from the room, Our room was in the Periya Dorei wing and just outside the room the door to the swimming pool is to the right. The first day they first took us to pick tea leaves and after that they showed us the whole tea factory process and took us free, then they took us to a trek to a waterfall free (if we want to go vehicle, they charge us (I don't mind that)) and for free they gave us a high tea. The view was superb and on our check-out day the wind was extreme so that if we put our hands out and we run, the wind makes such a noise I'm sure I can't even hear a dozen loudspeakers. It was disappointing that there was no TV but the view made up to it even more. Grand and Tasty food. Too fair for the prize.
