We checked in at around 8pm, but we couldn't find the check-in staff. We called and didn't answer the phone. Later I sent a message via Whatsapp and it took a long time for them to reply. We were asked to transfer a deposit of MYR 200, and the deposit could only be returned to a Malaysian bank account (we didn't give it, since we don't have a Malaysian bank account).
