Wow, what a great hotel! Friendly, efficient and helpful reception. For difficult sleepers the best rooms (sound proofing, airco that cools, good beds) where I slept like a baby. On top a great walk in shower with rain shower. Parking available with plenty of room (14 euro per night). Breakfast is great as well. What a nice way to end my holiday! Only disadvantage I can think of is the location if you want to be near many good bars and restaurants, but the city center is not that far away.

Die Anreise hat leider eher schlecht begonnen, da an der Schranke zur Parkgarage erst mal Verwirrung entstanden ist. Zunächst ist die Feuerschutztür zu, ein rotes Lämpchen leuchtet und die vielen Knöpfe am Gerät sind nicht beschriftet. Letztendlich gelang es mir mich mit der Rezeption zu verbinden, welche mir zunächst erklärt hat, dass sie mich nicht reinlassen können, da es ja keine Plätze mehr gibt (rotes Lämpchen ist dafür der Indikator - das muss man scheinbar selber wissen). Große Alternativen gibt es draußen aber nicht, da man sich direkt an einer Parkplatzlosen Straße befindet, direkt neben dem Bahnhof. Letztendlich wurde ich reingelassen, und siehe da.....2-3 Parkplätze frei und noch 4-6 weitere Behindertenparkplätze. Schlechtes Management auf ganzer Linie! So möchte man nach einer langen Reise aus dem Ausland nicht begrüßt werden. Der Eingangsbereich und die Rezeption, sowie die Bar, sehen sehr nett aus. Der Check-In erfolgt recht zügig und man kann sich schnell auf sein Zimmer zurückziehen. Mein Feedback bezüglich der Garage wurde allerdings beinahe gekonnt ignoriert, wenn auch angehört. Immerhin. Minibar gibt es keine, die darf man sich im Eingangsbereich selbst auffüllen. Da musste ich einfach nur lachen. Da kann man gleich mit seinem Rucksack zum Supermarkt gehen und sich alles billiger auf das Zimmer schleppen. Ich glaube das Hotel hat den Sinn einer befüllten Minibar auf dem Zimmer nicht ganz verstanden. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr nett, auch relativ ruhig, wenn man bedenkt in welcher Gegend man sich befindet. Alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber, auch optisch sehr nett dekoriert finde ich. Eine Freundin von mir hatte ein Zimmer in einem anderen Stockwerk. Leider kann man mit seiner Zimmerkarte, welche für den Lift notwendig ist, nicht in andere Stockwerke fahren. Super mühsam hier 3-4 Stöcke die Treppe auf und ab zu laufen. Dann die nächste Überraschung (auch wenn das eher ein ”erste-Welt-Problem” ist). Netflix ist auf dem Fernseher gesperrt. Ein kurzer Besuch bei der Rezeption sollte zwar für Licht in der Sache Sorgen, aber vielmehr schuf es Verwirrung, nachdem mir erklärt wurde, dass Netflix nur in den Junior-Suiten oder aufwärts freigeschalten ist. Das W-Lan ist zwar gratis Im ganzen Hotel (was bedeutet dass Netflix am eigenen Handy funktioniert), aber am TV-Gerät wird es bewusst gesperrt. Wo ist da die Logik? Der Essensbereich ist leider etwas ungünstig positioniert, allerdings war das Buffet ganz gut, sowohl von der Qualität als auch von der Auswahl. Nur die warmen Speisen könnten etwas wärmer sein, aber das scheint heutzutage in der Hotelbranche schon normal zu sein. Es ist am Wochenende eher schwer ein Platz zu finden, um 09:30 Uhr waren nur noch 2 Tische frei (bei mehreren dutzend vorhanden Tischen). Check-out war schnell und unproblematisch. Basierend allerdings auf den oben beschriebenen Erfahrung finde ich das Hotel zu teuer! 2 Nächte mit Parkplatz und Frühstück machten fast 300€ aus. Ich glaube dieses Hotel hat

It is very good, it is very good, near the main station of Nürnberg, in less than 10 minutes to the historic centre. 🛏️ Small room with two very small beds, which can't be added because there is a stick anchored to the wall; being a person who is not used to a 90-year-old bed, I have been sleeping fatal. The rest of the room is comfortable, some light comes in because there are no persians and even being next to the train paths no noise is heard. I was very clean and well equipped. 🚽 Small but clean bathroom and equipped with hair dryer. 🥐 Breakfast buffet is quite complete and everything is super rich. 📶 Very good Wi-Fi connection throughout the hotel (even when you warn you that the connection can be slow, it works perfectly) 🤵🏻🤵🏼‍♀️ Personal both reception and super friendly coffee shop.

I had a single room, it was sufficient and modern . The bathroom was a little small . Priceful in the upper middle class. Very good are the isolated windows, they keep the noise from the train station very well. I would like to emphasise especially the friendliness of the staff at the reception! Breakfast ok, the tables a little tightly placed. For vegetarians there was even a lift, here would be more selection desirable.

We were on Sylvester for the second time in this hotel. We stayed in a family room, which corresponds to two normal rooms with door door. The rooms are sufficiently spacious and properly equipped. The breakfast is rich. However, at the time of the impact very full. About the buffet then is very little space. The staff is friendly and helpful. Playrooms for children and pool are good.

Typical ibis hotel 24h fluent English front desk plus 2-3 star hotel standard infrastructure advantages can be said to be cheap price location is close to the train station and the old town is very convenient plus the room size for me is really big amazing .... I personally didn't experience any obvious disadvantages Overall, it's not too much problem for Samsung (much better than many unworthy Samsung hotels in Europe ....... but there is one thing to explain .... Trip.com has a problem with the cover of the old city that ibis... nothing else.

I arrived at the hotel at less than 10 in the morning. The receptionist was very nice and immediately gave the key to check in. (Few hotels are willing to check in early). The only downside is that there is no elevator, but I still carry my luggage on the 2nd floor. The room was originally known to be not air-conditioned, but there was an electric fan. not bad. About 4-5 minutes from the train station.

This is an amazing, brand new hotel!!we really enjoyed our two nights stay there and wished we could stay longer. Location is ideal, like 2’ away from the train station, the old town gates and the opera. Our room was very spacious overlooking the old town and at the same time so quiet. The room layout and style is very modern and practical, everything is brand new and spotless, the bathroom was also very nice with good amenities and very good lighting. The breakfast room was also very chic and spacious and breakfast selection was pretty generous considering the room price with a very good selection of hot and cold dishes and good coffee quality. Check in and check out was easy and despite the hotel being busy because of the holidays season you didn’t feel any hustle around. Absolutely recommended!!!

Location is great, right next to Nuremberg main station. Parking spaces are also available. Even if you can't find a parking space, there are plenty of options in the area. The staff were friendly at reception. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the food as I didn't eat there. Otherwise everything was fine.
