I got 2 reservations and got a key for both of them, gave them my CC etc. not comfortable when 2 days later in the morning a manager with front desk employee were knocking on my door yelling “open the door, open the door!” with excuses I didn’t check in again, nobody told me I have to. I wasn’t dressed up I wasn’t expecting anyone I did nothing wrong. Kinda crazy treatment of their customers who reserved a room for over then week. Very unprofessional, they should call me first and if they don’t have my cell they should write a letter and leave it behind the door. Looks like no customers skills here.
