房間老、舊、臟
哪裡都是污垢，灰塵，紙巾一股黴味……
洗澡間都沒有地方放沐浴露洗髮水，很不方便
早餐單調，味道實在不咋地！！！
森林温泉成人票（入住期間不限次入園）:
並不是不限次數，就兩次！！！
温泉人很多，但是還有池子不開放沒水，這麼多人，又是節假日，應該要全開才是吧！
山上也沒得浴巾換，一人衹讓拿一條，泡兩個池子浴巾濕了又得回換衣間那邊去領，一次衹讓領一條，體驗感很差！！！工作人員態度也是愛答不理！！！

朋友介紹來的，朋友送了兩張温泉門票，自己就在網上訂了房間…前台小姐姐服務很好，看我帶了小朋友給我安排了帶陽台的房間…還是朝南面，可以看到大大的草坪…很舒服…温泉區有很多各種各樣的泡池，😀😀小朋友最喜歡的是玫瑰池和娃哈哈池…泡在裏面都不願出來😜😜温泉三樓有個休息廳…躺着玩下手機好愜意…早餐也不錯…品種很多…這次就我跟我崽一起來的…下次帶家人一起過來玩

酒店一下高速就到了，這次帶了兩個小朋友去的，前台的小姐姐熱情的接待了我們，很詳細的介紹了入住需要注意的事項，放了行李就進去温泉中心了，園區有很多功能性的泡池，水上項目也有很多個，特別是那個沖浪池好好玩，小朋友都説下次還要去

這次入住感受挺好的，灑店環境特別好，前台小姐姐熱情有禮貌，房間升級到了酒店主樓，有陽台可以看看外面的風景，温泉舒適，水上樂園小朋友的最愛，晚飯後湖邊散下步，很愜意。

服務很不錯的，紙巾沒有了給前台打個電話不到兩分鐘就送來了，衞生也很好，床單一看就是每天換了的，特別是酒店整體環境很安靜舒服，植被綠化更不用説，温泉泡池很多，特別是很多特色泡池每個體驗都要花很長時間，帶小朋友就更不錯了，很多小朋友愛玩的項目，總體感覺很棒
