這個度假山莊真可惜沒有早點發現，這次來體驗非常好，整個山莊環境優美，房子又新又大，雖然是淡季來，但所有工作人員都很有耐心，服務態度超級好，尤其是楊總經理，有求必應。非常棒的一次出行體驗，下次帶上家人一起再來！

因為買了雙床，前台主動給調換了大床，這是我第二次來這家酒店，週末帶孩子來看看山上的秋天，再冷點就看不到層層疊疊的顏色了。應該是酒店的淡季，體驗感非常好，下雪天還會再來。酒店服務員也都非常有禮貌，想要一個枱燈也會給準備好送到房間，方便孩子寫作業。

酒店就是景區，景區就是酒店。去的時間點有點晚了，楓葉開始枯了，彩林已經謝幕。淡季基本沒什麼人，出去散散步啥的清新寧靜的感覺特別好。早來個十天半月的有彩林和紅葉加持，體驗感會更好。

每年都會全家一起來度假的酒店哈！
設施：挺好的，就是房間電插頭🔌不太好用，不是接觸不好，就是插不住，動不動就掉下來哎😑
衞生：挺好的哈
環境：在大山的懷抱裏，濕地小溪流水，美不勝收
服務：客房和餐廳的服務都很棒，餐廳還收養了小貓咪🐱好可愛呀！喜歡🥰

週末好去處 天然氧吧酒店位於景區裏面很大客房分了好幾個部門 吃飯的地方也分陝菜和自助火鍋建築也很有特色 我們吃的陝菜菜量很大一個花捲分4半園內有電瓶車接送 温度很適宜帶小朋友去了鳥語林有好幾種小動物雖然不多但是挺好玩房間啥都好就是淋浴間的洗澡設施自己不太會用搗鼓了半天才放出來熱水而且下水上真的不行 洗一會得把水關了讓污水排走在繼續洗澡這是本次入住唯一美中不足的地方 早餐時間到10點 種類不多 還是挺推薦的 多接觸大自然 心情都會很好

給免費升級了房型，房間中規中矩，窗外景色不錯，工作人員服務特別熱情周到，電瓶車隨叫隨到，早餐雖然品類不多但是也能滿足基本需求。
提個建議，房間隔斷門下面的鐵片有些翹邊，存在安全隱患，比如小寶寶走路或爬的時候容易劃傷，希望改進！

西安的悦榕莊，每年都會來住，服務特別的貼心，不管是從餐飲的服務還是到前台的接待，都特別貼心，走的時候還給小孩送了伴手禮，前廳經理陳經理把企業當成自己的家，對待客户能感受的無微不至的關懷，住過很多悦榕莊博悦，陝西能有這樣的酒店值得點贊。

服務絕對一流，電瓶車隨叫隨到，早餐內容豐富，甜品很好吃。晚餐的陝南菜味道很不錯。重要的是景色宜人，天氣涼爽，特別適合避暑休閑。

啥都不錯，就是房間沒空調，説是德國恆温技術，房間還沒樓道和電梯涼快，建議恆温的温度調低點
