The hotel has a good location, which is at the center of the town. There are three shopping malls nearby, and one big supermarket. The town was a bit quiet, so some shops and small restaurants nearby were not open. The room was more spacious than we had imagined. It faces the road, but since there were not a lot of traffic around, there was not much noisy either. The staff were friendly, breakfast was simple but with some local specialties.

第一：酒店定位4星，就設施而言太老舊了。浴服一看就用了很久了，穿着比較糙。牀頭櫃的小鐘晚上聲音很明顯，關鍵它還不準啊！！浴室排氣扇感覺要掉了，而且挺臟的。第二：衞生有待提高。特別是一些細節打掃不注意。比如枱燈開關附近全是灰，開個燈，摸了一手。第三：早飯馬馬虎虎吧，完全不及四星的早飯標準。但是也還不錯。第四：整體服務還可以，前台小姐姐人美聲甜。哈哈。總體對於酒店要求高的建議考慮考慮。不太講究的可以入住（比如我）。

酒店服務態度很好，聽説我們是跑馬拉松的，主動給我們可以延遲到下午6點前退房，這是其他城市和酒店服務所不具備的。早餐提前到5點但品種特少。

酒店衞生很差，房間續住都不打掃，早上出去特意和前台交待了讓客房服務員給房間打掃一下的，下午回來發現仍舊沒掃，打電話問前台答覆是忘了轉告，天哪，難道你們這裏續住不説就不打掃了的嗎，這個是起碼的常規服務啊。怪不得衞生間淋浴房玻璃門臟的都像塗了泥巴，實在太噁心了。還有環境也是很臟，電梯的按鈕都是污漬，門口的門鈴臟的看不到提示等等，更好笑的服務也很奇葩可笑，居然忘記轉告打掃，可以説明這樣子情況酒店是默認存在的，別的不説，就一個臟字可以讓人望而卻步！

安靜，水比較熱，水量充足，洗澡舒服。被子不夠軟，可能裝修得比較早，房門等比較老舊，關閉不是很貼合。酒店比較貼心，送了水果和小點心。跑馬拉松的時候，5點就有早飯了，必須點個贊。

酒店在老城區的市中心，交通方便，周邊飯店商家很多。店家專門為我們跑馬者主動安排了提前早飯和延遲退房服務，非常貼心。有機會再來寧海，還會訂這家！

酒店應該是個老四星級酒店，裝修看得出來當年是比較考究的，櫃子好像都是實木的，就是稍顯有點老舊，但是衞生做的還是不錯的。早餐也比較豐富，酒店位置不錯，樓下吃飯出行都方便 ，停車方便，門口也可以也有專門的院子_
