Food and restaurant: Pathetic food and restaurant service. Avoid visiting their restaurant. There is no trained staff and food is also major disappoint. We went for dinner. They delivered partial main course first. Then starter. After 30 mins soup which was ordered in very begining. Earlier I reminded them few times and I was told soup is being prepared but when it came it was absolutely cold. So definitely it was not being prepared. Paneer 65 was also cold, tight and felt like remains of afternoon. Remaining main course was still not ready which was simple curd rice. By the time soup came half of us had their meal. So we decided to leave empty stomach. The basic expectation is atleast the main course can be served together. I understand there can be delays but would appreciate if that is communicated. Serving food in installments is really frustrating that too in incorrect sequence, giving false reason and serving cold food. That's nothing but lie. And not that restaurant was full. There were only 3 tables occupied when we went. Room: Rooms gets hot and suffocating and there is no fan. We opened door in their balcony and invited lot of mosquito.

I found the property over priced and not worth paying morethan 3000.very badly maintained property food i would say the worst food i had in ooty. Even the washrooms they have not kept any toilet rolls,shaving kit, dental kit. Other than the location and the view i dont suggests anyone to book.

The worst hotel ever i have stayed .I am currently staying here and i m just sick of their poor food and pathetic behaviour. They don't even have a professional chef even i would cook better than him. He is just some roadside *** who is put in this hotel to cook .this hotel can not be called a 3 star it should be a zero star hotel. The rooms are also not uptodate to be called as premium room no amenities in the room low quality products are kept.Overall worst to worst experience. The food quality is just yukk🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Food quality is good but there is fixed ***u every day in dinner and breakfast no change on it,so feeling bored. Only location of hotel and view from rooms is best. Rest is not up to mark. Food - boring ***u Location- best House keeping & Service- average Ooty Nature view from Room - Best

Pros: * Service from the LA Montana is wonderful * Great view through out the Day. Don't miss the sunrise from the Balcony * Food is good though they were having the limited options. * Rooms are spacious and good Concerns (not cons): * 5kms away from the Ooty Bus stand and 5.5kms + away from the Railway station. You end up spending the 400rs atleast from either of the places to reach LA Montana * Food is too costly if you go by A la karte option * Price could be less. 5,700rs per day with breakfast is bit much I felt

The customer service was very good. They were prompt. The a la carte food was good but it took atleast 45 mins for the food to come. We always ordered from the room and then went to the restaurant. The breakfast menu and the taste is not worth what they charge. The menu is limited too. The price charged is a bit more to the experience you get.

Stayed for 3 nights with my family.Like to share my experience over there, staff working are very kind and with extra courtesy.***agment need to have more staffing for their property, paid INR 8000 per a night not worth it.Need to improve the standards of the hotel or reduce the tariff.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting La Montana and was blown away by the amazing view, delectable food and exceptional service. The receptionists Kishore and Daffney, ***** with Mahesh and Rajesh, went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of fantastic. Their helpfulness and attention to detail truly enhanced my experience. I highly recommend la Montana to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable time.

The view and the food was so good that it's still in my mind. The service provided by Aravind was nice. The receptionist Daffney was very cheerful and always helping us in a way that we felt very comfortable staying here. If I come to Ooty, I'd always stay in La Montana, I'd love to come again soon with my whole family.
