The rooftop with view and swimming pool is absolutely sublime, it is very pleasant, the staff is very careful and small care, only negative point, the spa is slightly disappointing, The facilities are old, not very well decorated and lighted, it doesn't value the spa, it lacks a jacuzzi but the spa staff is super top, and they make the best massage. The best 5 stars in Nice are in a price-quality-level! And the fact that not being at the sea front, but we are still not far from 10 minutes walk and the ballade is very nice, is really offset by the rooftop that is the best point of the hotel.

I cannot recommend this hotel especially at the prices they charged. Arrived at 5.30pm and room wasn't ready. They then said it was and gave us a smaller room than we had booked and paid for. When we said so they told us ”Americans have a different idea of what king-sized means”. An hour later they called and agreed we had indeed booked a bigger room and offered to move us to one with a king bed. The man from reception then took us to said room without offering to help us with our luggage. Just stood and watched us drag our bags across the carpeted corridors ...All I can say is it was 3 star service and quality at VERY high prices. The next morning we moved to an absolutely world class hotel which was ten times nicer and less expensive. Over-priced, outdated and obnoxious staff.

The room is newly decorated and tasteless, the bedding is very good, the bed is comfortable to sleep on, the bath water is small, the bathroom is small, and the washstand is cramped. There is no pool and the gym is small. The breakfast is semi-buffet, the taste is not bad, and the choice is small. The service staff are enthusiastic.

The location of the hotel is very good. Turn left and then turn left to Gabor Square. There is a large supermarket next to the square and many restaurants in the surrounding area. It is not far from the Old Town of Nice. Breakfast is typical ibis style and ok. However, no extra bed is available in the room. The facilities are complete and the rooms are clean and tidy. Parking lot access is not very convenient, the aisle is narrow, and parking spaces are very laborious. The car I drove was relatively large and not very convenient. There is also a city tax on parking fees. The warmest thing is that there is boiling water and free snacks in the lobby. Although I didn't eat snacks, I made tea several times. Especially suitable for Chinese. 👍

Emailed hotel week before to recommend a restaurant and was a fabulous meal in French grill place off the beaten track. Used sister hotel, Splendid, to visit roof terrace bar and pool. Definitely recommend this hotel

The front desk service is very good, especially the young man is very patient. There is also a snack at the front desk. The chocolate taste is praiseworthy, but the room is old. The carpet does have a little taste. The facilities are simple, but the bathroom is very new. The space is large and the heated towel rack is very convenient for drying bath towels. The location of the store is also good. The quiet street is more convenient to the old city seaside commercial street and not too noisy.

We have just returned from our stay at the Aria hotel in Nice , we can not recommend this hotel enough , the staff , particularly Marco , went above and beyond to help with all enquiries , all staff members where pleasant and so polite The hotel is well placed for all the main sightseeing and is central for all trams, trains and buses We spent 3 days here and wished it could’ve been longer , our room was freshened each day with clean bedding and towels , if you want glitz and glamour because you stay in your room all day then this hotel isn’t for you , if you want a clean friendly environment to come back to , after a busy day out and about , then this is definitely the hotel for you There is also a great restaurant right next door , the food was amazing and really reasonably priced . Nice is an expensive city but it’s well worth it , we will be visiting again in March and the Aria hotel will our choice of hotel again . Can I also add that on departure we where informed that renovation work would begin on the hotel in the next 10 days

We stayed here for 5 nights as part of a birthday celebration. We've always wanted to visit Nice and it was important to us to chose the right hotel. This gem exceeded both of our expectations. The location was perfect with its beautiful garden, which seems very unique to any of the other hotels in Nice. What we loved was that it's situated on a quite street far enough away from the buzz of the more touristic areas and yet a close enough walk to everything you need and want to see. A 4 min walk to the tram stop, 10 mins to the train station, 5 mins to the sea front, 15 mins to the old town. The weather was thankfully very warm during our stay which meant we could enjoy our balcony terrace all the more. The complimentary treats on arrival were a lovely touch. The warm and friendly staff are what really makes the experience special so huge credit to the lovely general manager and his wonderful team for helping to make our stay so memorable. Our stylish room was really nice and clean with large comfortable bed and a shower that I didn't want to get out of. The water pressure was fantastic like a good shoulder massage. We stayed in the junior suite which meant we could relax after a long day on the sofa with a cup of tea and complimentary brownie available at reception. The downstairs reception areas were lovely spaces to sit and relax too. Breakfast was absolutely spot on and each morning, the choices plentiful and of high quality. We took full advantage of what was on offer and it kept is going for our daily excursions. It was also good to have the choice to eat outside in the garden at breakfast given the warm sunny weather. Again all the staff were so friendly, professional and helpful so thank you very much. We would happily return here and highly recommend this hotel.

Fabulous hotel. My daughter and I spent 5 days in Nice and stayed at this hotel. I honestly cannot fault it. The staff were lovely, reception through to restaurant. We had a fault in our room on the 3rd night, it was addressed very quickly and we were upgraded to a beautiful room. It’s proximity to the main town ( Prom des Anglais) and Nice Ville train station was approximately 5/10 mins (in opposite directions). The pool was lovely and tranquil (and so cold, which in that heat you need). It really was faultless. We will definitely be back next year.

The room is on the ground floor, very large, the largest room ever stayed in Europe. The room is clean, but there is a smell in the room. Every day, there is no odor. It is close to the train station, but the surrounding environment is not Too good, there is a distance to the old town (about 20 minutes walk) and the seaside (walking for more than half an hour). There is a free afternoon tea service, the service is very good, the front desk is very warm, and I will ask you to call and call the car. After leaving the store, I will send an email to ask about the accommodation experience and send the next store voucher~

I mostly enjoyed my stay here. It was clean. The staff was helpful, especially when I found myself bombarded by electronic cigarette use when in a room with a connecting door. They moved me to another room and took steps to protect me from it. I have asthma, and it affects my breathing and makes my ears pop. Hotels have a hard time enforcing it, but they really need to find ways because the problem has become increasingly worse in the last few years. The room had many windows and was very comfortable. The shower, like most showers in Europe had some problems. The showerhead kept falling and they didn't fix it properly, but you definitely have more space in their showers than most European showers since this is also a bath.
