Staff are very friendly and helpful.( I had a problem with local guide and they helped me to solve the problem.) I even enjoyed the sounds of morning. (School, dogs, wedding party,motorcycle and chicken) Very clean with great cleaning services. The location is almost perfect for me. A few minutes away from beach and center of Nha Trang. Clean gym, great breakfast, great view from 33th floor and amazing swimming pool on the roof top. Room price was absolutely bargain for this kind room. I stayed suit room for 8 nights. Definitely, I will come back this hotel in the future. Thank you.

The best Hotel/Residence in Nha Trang. Located in the center of Nha Trang tourist area with an absolute fantastic seaview/seafront balcony. The hotel is well maintained, quiet, safe and the staffs are very friendly. The service is exceptional. On locations there is a seafood buffet restaurant which also serve breakfast buffet for hotel guest or resident, and a Highland coffee shop adjacent to the hotel. The infinity pool is stunning, and gym is also great. I live there for over 1 year and half and I was a returning customer from few years ago. It‘s a great place to live in during my trip. For the reception crew there are very kind and gave me a lot of advice, helped me send massage to local people, etc… Also we have some cross-culture communication, like I’ve learnt to say ‘thank you’ in Vietnamese and some tips to mix with local citizens. Except for above, me and my parents all feel great about the hotel environment, where is near the river and could enjoy our breakfast in the breeze. The swimming pool is clean and I really like to take a dip in it. The last night of my staying, I enjoyed the movie Frozen II, which was English subtitle and Vietnamese voice. That was a fresh experience for me hhhhh. We are just staying in this hotel, booked yesterday after we fled from the other bad hotel where we were(and was in 5 stars) I must honestly say one of the best hotels where I stayed in my trip to Vietnam. The hotel has to be new, modern, clean, spacious and with a beautiful balcony that looks at the city (there are also sea view rooms). Very kind, always laughing and young staff as all over Vietnam. Euro and US dollar exchange service in Vietnamese dollars (the best rate found in 15 days) I had wrong and made two bookings and they worried to fix things with a nudge and Booking without the least problem. The city is very beautiful and thanks to them our stay has not been ruined, in fact, as would have happened if we were staying in the other hotel. The hotel is located in the centre but still quietly with open window,the motor rental service is just in front of the hotel.The only negative note is breakfast not in the European standards(the sweets are missing). I would nevertheless come back without thinking about it, as staff always know how to make the difference, these guys have made us feel good by advising us and booking for us what we asked. Hotel well above the standards viewed without counting L excellent price.Thanks to all staff, you have confirmed the magnificent Vietnamese hospitality. A special mention to the young but prepared receptionist and with a excellent level of English

1. The location of the hotel is a bit out of place, and the sea is not visible. But it only takes about 5 minutes to get to the beach. 2. We stayed at about 12 o'clock, the hotel reception has closed a lamp, very dim. The front desk clerk is already sleeping. 3. Come clean the next morning, we said no. I also pressed the doorbell for n times (the cleaning reminder at the door was also closed.) 3. At the time of check-out, the hotel reception said that we had a bathrobe in our room. Start the theory directly. Let them check the monitoring. Finally, I don’t know how to deal with it, no more.

The hotel staff is very friendly, and the location of the hotel is only a 5-minute walk from the beach. Thank you very much for helping me upgrade to a sea-view room for free. The view from the balcony of the room is unforgettable. The swimming pool on the top floor overlooks the 360-degree view of the city of Nha Trang. I stayed there for four days and three nights and didn't want to go home. I can only say that the hotel's price/performance ratio is excellent value for money!

Accommodation like this at this price???? The best accommodation you will ever stay in.. First of all, there is no noise around, so it is good to stay quietly. There is a sea in the accommodation, and the sand is much softer and cleaner than in the city. They even give you a buggy ride to the sea and pick you up. The swimming pool was large and nice. It was the cleanest and most spacious swimming pool I've ever been to. The staff were friendly. Sometimes, the card key wasn't recognized well, but if you go to the reception, they would fix it. The room was spacious and the view was really crazy. The breakfast menu was varied and had a variety of breads as well! There was porridge, and it was similar to Korean-style porridge, so I didn’t feel pressured to eat it!! It's also close to the airport, so you can take the airport shuttle bus! Anyway, it was a really nice accommodation💕

The Emerald Bay is a lovely hotel very close to the beach in Nha Trang. We were welcomed by The manager Vo thi my Van and Tran thi my Quynh who is the receptionist both very good at their job's we found that that they wanted to help us organise our stay and help was always on hand thank you to both of you. The restaurant is on the 3rd floor very spacious room which caters for all.
