We visited this property earlier this year and were so impressed we returned with our elderly parents. It is a newly built & modern property with exceptional service. I made a mistake with my booking and the staff & management were exceptionally accommodating. The property is located close to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants & close to large shopping complex

We are just staying in this hotel, booked yesterday after we fled from the other bad hotel where we were(and was in 5 stars) I must honestly say one of the best hotels where I stayed in my trip to Vietnam. The hotel has to be new, modern, clean, spacious and with a beautiful balcony that looks at the city (there are also sea view rooms). Very kind, always laughing and young staff as all over Vietnam. Euro and US dollar exchange service in Vietnamese dollars (the best rate found in 15 days) I had wrong and made two bookings and they worried to fix things with a nudge and Booking without the least problem. The city is very beautiful and thanks to them our stay has not been ruined, in fact, as would have happened if we were staying in the other hotel. The hotel is located in the centre but still quietly with open window,the motor rental service is just in front of the hotel.The only negative note is breakfast not in the European standards(the sweets are missing). I would nevertheless come back without thinking about it, as staff always know how to make the difference, these guys have made us feel good by advising us and booking for us what we asked. Hotel well above the standards viewed without counting L excellent price.Thanks to all staff, you have confirmed the magnificent Vietnamese hospitality. The roo.l is clean and spacious, except for the floor. The location is good, a lot of restaurants, cafe and marts within walking distance. It's near the beach as well. Staff are nice and friendly. The soundproof is not good. I could hear the car honk from 20+ floor with the window closed, and the sound of things dropped on the floor in the next room. Also it took 10 mins to get the elevator downstair during peak hours. Full of people in the reataurant during breakfast time. I don't think I would come back again.

Все понравилось. Правда в отеле шел ремонт, но звуками нам это не мешало. Персонал просто душки)))

The room was clean but Bugs have appeared. It probably comes in through the sewer. I mostly saw it in the bathroom. The location is next to Nha Trang Night Market and the surrounding infrastructure is also excellent. Perhaps because there are a lot of customers using the service, the staff are not friendly. You can see the effort on his face too. The facilities seem to be good. The 40th floor lounge is worth the price. Personally, I recommend visiting between 5 and 6 p.m. Overall I am satisfied. I don't choose accommodation based on kindness. I plan to visit again next time I visit Nha Trang.

Wir haben die höchste Zimmer Kategorie gebucht. Es war das Zimmer auf der vorletzten Etage und das am höchsten gelegene mit Terrasse. Neunzehn Euro die Nacht ohne Frühstück in 2. Reihe hinter dem Strand mit Meerblick und guter Lage - so die Bilder und die Informationen. Schon die Gasse zum Eingang macht nicht wirklich einen guten. Man muss am Eingang einer Küche vorbei aus der es eher nicht so gut riecht immer mal Müll rausgeflogen kommt. Gut, da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Ein sehr netter Pförtner hilft einem -ob wann will oder nicht- mit dem Gepäck. Er wird einen auch aufs Zimmer bringen. Der Check In ging schnell und der Reisepass muss an der Rezeption bis zum CheckOut hinterlegt werden. Den bekommt man nicht zurück. Zum Glück waren wir zu zweit so dass wir noch einen Pass hatten um einen Scooter zu leihen. Wir kamen auf der Etage an direkt an der Zimmertür ein riesiger Aschenbecher (als Nichtraucher eklig) Rauchen im Zimmer verboten aber auf dem 2qm Flur und 1 cm vor dem Zimmer erlaubt? Es befinden sich jeweils 2 Zimmer auf den Etagen. Unsere Tür ging nicht ohne Gewalt zu. Absolut verzogen. Im Zimmer dann die große Enttäuschung. Das Zimmer ist in einem Flair gestaltet, der etwas zu altbacken anmutet (das wussten wir aber schon von den Bildern), dass es jedoch schon so herunter gewohnt war.. damit haben wir nicht gerechnet. Die Podeste, der gesamte Boden.. alles schwer beschädigt und das nicht zuletzt weil es auch gar nicht richtig gebaut wurde. Das klingt vll witzig aber: als hätte ein Bäcker das alles gebaut. Barfuß laufen (was ja Standard in Innenräumen in Asien ist) unmöglich wegen Verletzungsgefahr. Ich bin in den ersten Minuten mit den Füßen öfter an herausstehenden Nasen hängengeblieben und hat mir 2 mal die Fußsohle eingeklemmt zwischen den Brettern im Boden welche nachgegeben haben. Wir schlafen immer gern auf sehr festen Matratzen aber das runde Bett war keine Matratze, es war so hart dass es eher ein Brett war. Es war auch keine Matratze erkennbar. Hat keinen Zentimeter nachgegeben. Das Bettzeug wirkte auch verlebt und die Gardine an der Terassentür (welche überhaupt nicht dicht war) hatte viele Löcher. Die Glasscheiben an der Fensterfront waren leider keine Fenster sondern mit Silikon zusammen geklebte große Scheiben. Man hört von draußen alles und das der Boden auch so aufgegangen ist wundert mich nicht, da Wasser und Feuchte hier leichten Zugang haben. Es war nicht sauber.. der Computer (Tower, Tastatur..) war sehr schmutzig.. auch der Stuhl. Die Terasse war so nackig und die Möbel aufgerissen (Rattan).. wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt uns wussten, dass wir hier keine 7 Nächte verbringen werden. Wir haben die Zustände an Agoda übermittelt und auch der Rezeption bescheid gegeben, dass wir dies getan haben. Wir haben nicht gepoltert.. einfach nur mittgeteilt, dass wir uns nicht wohl fühlen und alles in einem wirklich sehr schlechten Zustand ist, wir uns aber nicht streiten wollen sondern einfach gehen möchten. The resort was beautiful. We enjoyed the large pool and the beach, as well as the breakfast buffet. However, it did feel a little too isolated, as it took a while to get to the mainland, and there was no where to buy food and drinks that were not charged at inflated prices . It would have been nice to be able to bring snacks for the kids. The beach was very clean, and the kids loved the water park. It was the best water park we’ve been to in Asia so far, with many different water slides. The food at the park was good, but the ATM wasn’t working, so I couldn’t draw money to buy much. Make sure you draw money before you go on the island.

It was such a great choice for a family trip. Every staff was kind and very helpful, especially Mr. Viet. He gave us his Kakao ID when we checked in and we were able to get his immediate assistance through out our stay. My family was very satisfied with the beautiful scenery, spacious pool and great service. The rooms and other facilities are also being maintained very well. I will definitely choose this place again for my next trip to Nha Trang! 아주 만족스러운 리조트였습니다. 모든 시설이 깨끗하게 잘 유지되고 있으며 모든 직원들은 친절한 미소로 고객들을 응대합니다. 특히 Mr. Viet은 카카오 아이디를 체크인때 알려주어, 언제든 메신저를 통해 빠른 도움을 주었습니다. 조식 메뉴도 전반적으로 좋았고, 베트남의 대표 음식인 소고기 쌀국수와 반미는 더욱 좋았습니다. 예쁜 풍경과 더불어 최고의 가족 휴가를 보낼 수 있었습니다. 다음에 또 나트랑에 오게 된다면 이 숙소에 다시 머물 것 입니다.
