Had reserved a room, they gave me a worst room, the room had a horrible stench. If I wasn't so tired at the moment I would have switched hotels

Great hotel to stay at if you’re looking for a clean, safe, and well maintained building with friendly and helpful staff for a great price. In a good location, walking distance to the mall, 25-30 mins from downtown Norfolk and ODU’s campus. Lots of restaurants right around it, walking and driving distances both. No complaints at all about this property or the area. Would recommend!

Very pleasant and very helpful staff. Property was clean and that’s an understatement. Would recommend for anyone to stay with family or without. Extremely satisfied and the price was very very very reasonable. A all the way around.

I did not like that there were no bath towels available to shower with in the morning. I was told the towels were in the dryer. The housekeeping staff did not speak English.

People seemed to congregate at the check-in desk and were noisy until 4:00 AM! The room HVAC unit was also extremely loud and kept cycling on/off about every 30 minutes. These two issues combined made it almost impossible to get any sleep.
