The facilities are a bit old. And it's a bit narrow. The location is such that you can easily walk to Times Square and the surrounding area is not that crowded. There is also a microwave, coffee machine, and refrigerator. Breakfast is okay if you don't expect much.

The location is very good, very close to the subway station, you can walk to the Empire State Building, there is a McDonald's at the door, and it is very convenient to eat. It is cleaned every day, and the front desk service is very good.

Decent hotel for the price. The only issue was with the shower. Even with shower curtain water gets all over the floor

I like staying in the Chelsea area especially if I drive to the city. There is lots of street parking starting at 630pm on Friday and it's free until Monday morning. Many options for food, shopping, and entertainment close by as well. Tunnel is close by when it's time to leave the city.

Staff was nice but we were moved rooms as no king beds were available at the time. Which is fine, however we were placed right next to the elevator instead and it was incredibly loud with people getting on and off. All we got in return on our 2 day visit was 1 day of breakfast.

Property was a great location to get to MSG.
Property is in need of updates. Wallpaper is peeling off, shades in room where hard to open and close, exposed electric items in our room, BR faucet improperly hooked up (hot is cold).

Overall a great experience, safe, convenient and walking distance from Time Square which I loved! The only feedback I would say is upgrading televisions so that clients can have access to Netflix in the hotel.

Staff was amazing without doubt. The cleanliness and room service staff were excellent. The rooms and hotel were a little run down. The room we were in on the second floor was letting in alot of cold air from where the HVAC unit was placed. The hotel staff used a blanket around the gap as a temporary fix. The HVAC unit made a rattling sound which made it difficult to sleep in the room. I would try a different option in the winter time if I went again. The location if the hot was excellent.
