The hotel was amazing the location was also good. The only thing was I there was no room service with a 22month old rooms service is always a good shout. We required milk for the baby and the receptionist said we don’t do this service. The lifts were very tight and of course busy so with a stroller it was always a hit & miss when you can get into the lift. The cleaniness and staff were very pleasant and professional. I would recommend this hotel to other visitors and will stay here again.

The room is on a high floor with a great view of the city. The bed is very comfortable, which is very important for jet lag. The breakfast is fresh and nutritious. The location is excellent, very close to Times Square and Fifth and Sixth Avenues, many theaters around, and the subway station is only a few minutes away. There is a fast lane next to it, so it is very convenient to take a taxi.

There is no tea or coffee in the room. That’s the amenity available in every hotel, even the cheap ones. But when we called the service, they said: no, we don’t offer coffee or tea. But they did bring us a kettle:) I can see that it’s not listed in the available amenities here, but I didn’t even expect that. It’s such a little thing that makes your guest’s stay more comfortable.
