Our stay at this hotel was wonderfully pleasant. The ambiance was serene, the service was genuinely warm, and the breakfast was good. We felt completely at ease and would definitely recommend it.

Disappointed as Saunas and hot baths were closed, I waited for ten min for it to open than went to front desk, a person from front desk went to check why it’s not open and later he came back today we are closed for maintenance. Normally you can ask hotel to get your breakfast packed when asked the answer was we need to tell them in advance but at checking in no one has give any information about it. Hotel Location is great with a sea view room.

Great place to spend a weekend vacation around northern Taiwan, however, be aware that due to the fact it's a beachfront hotel, you might find some small sand getting caught into your bedroom, during a windy day, even though the hotel staff will do its best to keep things as clean as possible from their end. Two good food places, one Western café and one Cantonese restaurant to satisfy our appetite during our weekend stay over there.

Service: Excellent, prompt and patient
Cleanliness: Excellent, the room is tidy and the floor is clean
Meals: Excellent, semi-buffet, meals must be cooked to order, large portions
Because I have a 2 and a half year old child with me, the overall experience is quite good. It is especially suitable for children who love to play with sand.

Adding an extra child will cost more than $700 (plus supplies and breakfast), but I don’t like the hotel to charge the money first, because later on, when no one is added, it’s hard to prove that there are fewer people to refund. Sigh😮💨 I paid more for breakfast and dinner in vain (and the restaurant is terrible), so I am losing money😭
Fortunately, due to the leakage of the original roof, I changed to a sea view room, which can see the seaside. I had to use the extra money to subsidize the price difference of upgrading the hotel to a higher room type😩
