Nice, older hotel! Very clean, very quiet! Spacious room-Dustin, my host, was Fantastic! Hot coffee in the morning and Im out the door feeling like royalty!

The front desk clerk was very helpful and answered all of mg questions. I likes the room I stayed in. It was cozy, spacious, and warm.

Chemical used to clean bathroom was overpowering and burnt your eyes when entering the room. Had to open the door for awhile to make it tolerable. Stayed 2 nights and was still strong odor in room. Staff was very polite and helpful.

Our family stays here a lot while in town! Always a good spot to kick back after a long day!

The only thing that I didn’t like is that the front was a little tight. I drive a dually and wanted to park where vehicle could be seen and just the maneuvering was tight trying to check in but that’s it. Everything else was good. Maybe leave a few bottles of water in the room for the customer. Thanks Laquinta

I was very disappointed with this hotel.I booked judging from their well placed photos online.When we arrived at the site, the staff was friendly.We were able to get the room we requested.However, when we got to the room, it had a strong distinct smell of a cheap disinfectant that was very off putting and actually magnified the old dingy moldy smell.The carpet is very dirty and I think the source of the awful smell.The soles of our shoes actually got very dark from the carpet.The cabinet door to the room fridge was hanging off and would not close.One of the beds was broken and sagged.The beds were very uncomfortable, they were too firm and we could feel the springs.While we appreciate we got new towels, they were too new that they were not even washed.They smelled like they just came from the store.Ew, I would rather have old but clean towels.I found out after the fact when I needed to dry off. A lot off the lint came off the towel, proving they were new. Easy fix by getting fresh and washed towels from the front desk. On top of that, their washer, the expensive one, is broken.My clothes were sopping wet from it. And I had to spend over $12 to dry my items.That's a rip off and a waste of my money. Sure, it's just $12 but it could have been just $2 to dry my clothes. By the 4th time I was drying them, the dryer smelled like it was burning my clothes.A lot of these issues are easy fixes.New carpeting in the rooms would do a lot to update the whole look and feel of the room.

1. ADDED FEES @checkin (for dog, even though I checked pet, when making the RSVP). $25. per night. 2. This was a visit for me to spend time with grand/k and the pool was closed (in Aug.) Owner knew in the Fall or Spring, that pool needed replastered but waited until summer to do it. 3. Charged me for my pet, but yet did not enforce pets being off their leash, ppl picking up after their pet or keeping their pet quiet while in the room. Particularly the lady next to me; with her Chihuahua. GGGRRR!----- In the room, there was old food in the drawers. The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. Breakfast was OK, coffee was not fresh. (Vending machine) Breakfast hours should be until 10am- 9 was too early. Make sure that the ppl who park in handicap are TRULY that, and not your pool repair guys or construction workers. +++++ The staff gets an "A", but the owners get a "C-". Unfortunately the staff is the gate keepers for the owners and the owners aren't truly held accountable for the inadequate stay of their guest. The poor employees have to answer for them and at times really get treated unfairly by the guest. Owners! Take responsibility for your hotel, what an a.. you are for letting it fall upon your employees.

Shower curtain was dirty and sheets looked like they hadn't been changed

My wife and her daughter stayed overnight and they both enjoyed the room and quiteness.
