Holiday Inn Express & Suites New Braunfels

Very clean and compy. Weather did not allow for staff to arrive for warm breakfast items, but some were available, cereals, pancakes and bagels. Not a concern for us, but others were upset. It was COLD, and people could not get to work on time.

A great hotel with all the amenities you might need. Friendly staff, great breakfast and in a good location.

What an amazing experience to stay at Holiday Inn Express! The staff was so nice and welcoming. Room and hotel was clean. I had a great time with my family.

Staff was nice, place was clean but the bed/ mattress was hard and lumpy, pillows the same, water pressure very low and very noisy guests at 2am-4am on our floor. Honestly one of the worst sleeps I have had in a hotel.

Our room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was also good. Will definitely stay here again.

we arrived for a wedding, and did mot have any hot water in Hotel and gave version little discount for our troubles, not being able to take a hot shower before wedding.

There was no hot water. The beds were very uncomfortable and the room was not in good shape.

This is a nice property in a very convenient location to many restaurants and in close proximity to the Rockin R for innertube rentals. The staff were all very nice and professional. The battery in our door's access pad needed to be replaced after putting he luggage in the room but that was not going to happen until Monday. We were first told that we would be placed in a Queen Suite; but, that ended up not happening since they had none available after our first night there. After the manager was called by the front desk attendant, we were told that we would have to get someone at the front desk to let us in with a key. That was not acceptable to me since we would have to wait in line each time we wanted to get back in our room. Eventually, we were relocated to the adjacent room. I am not sure why this wasn't done to begin with but this was a perfect resolution. The breakfast assortment was good but it took longer than expected for food to be replenished. Over the four nights/five days there, bacon was never served which was in contrast to the website pics. There was only one small tray of cinnamon rolls out at a time; so, that was empty the majority of the time. We were told breakfast began at 9a; however, it was apparent it began earlier since there were families finishing their meals when we arrived promptly at 9a. Ice machines are only on the 1st and 3rd floors.
