Lovely place to stay. It is perfect for families and those traveling with pets. A big Portuguese house with lovely indoor and outdoor space. It’s important to have your own transport. The location is perfect and you will reach nearest beach in about 5 minutes, but it’s important to have your own transport. Just really recommend this lovely property! And don’t forget, they have an amazing restaurant right on property!

Great location, close to the scenic and tourist spots yet away from the hustle and bustle giving one a sense of calm and serenity. Loved the property and their Italian restaurant had the best pizzas ever. Wonderful staff and lovely hospitality.

Sweet little house. Good value for a location not too far from airport. Breakfast was ok. Nice garden to sit in. Very friendly. Good for budget travellers. Clean and tidy throughout. You definitely need to hire a scooter to get around. We arranged through the hotel for £5 a day. Well worth it but ask for second helmet if you have a second person as they only provide for one.

Casa do Leao is a gem of a BnB in Nerul, Goa. Owners Rohan and Tatsiana are a charming couple who went out of their way to make our stay a truly special one. Casa do Leao itself is warm and cozy, and we were very happy with the room Mar (means Sea) which was spacious and nicely decorated with antique furniture. Tatsiana‘s breakfast was a real treat featuring a different dish every day. All in all, excellent stay and we would return there in a heartbeat. Book in advance as a property is small and has only 3 rooms. Patches is an added bonus 🤩

A lovely place to stay in Goa! It’s an old Portuguese house that gives you a feel of history & luxury. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is perfect but having your own transport is a big benefit! I would definitely recommend this place for couples or families.
