Hotel Route-Inn Natori

This Route Inn hotel meets the standards of the chain. The rooms aren't very big, but big enough for two large suitcases. The beds are comfortably soft, but a bit too firm and not very comfortable. The capsule bathrooms are small, but the hot water pressure is good. There's no dressing table or wardrobe, but they provide plenty of hangers and a clothes rack. Bottled water isn't provided, but there's a vending machine on the first floor. I chose this hotel because it's close to the airport, but there's nothing around the hotel. Breakfast is adequate but not luxurious. There's a large onsen (separate for men and women), but no private rooms. The staff are helpful, and there's convenient parking.

Since we were staying from out of town, we wanted to enjoy some delicious food. However, the children were looking forward to dinner, specifically at the hotel restaurant. Breakfast was also delicious, and we were completely satisfied throughout our 2-night, 3-day stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

The hot springs were wonderful, and the breakfast was great too, with New Year's-themed ozoni (rice cake soup). It would be even better if they provided towels in the hot springs.

It's conveniently located near the airport. The price is reasonable; neither particularly good nor bad. The free breakfast and the large public bath are big advantages. However, my room's ceiling creaks, possibly due to other rooms opening and closing doors. It was loud enough to wake me up in the morning. While some signs of age are evident, as a solo traveler trying to keep expenses down, I could overlook it... maybe... I'm sure if I have the opportunity, I'll believe that I just got a bad room and use it again.

The location is close to the airport, so it's convenient for sightseeing. Breakfast was average, and the parking lot was quite large, so it was easy to park.
