I also want to add that the structure is located very far from the shopping centers, far from the shopping ones, the smaller ones far from shopping those of the Craft is also very far from the nightclubs that are all located in different places, I recommend that if you are forced to book because there are no more facilities then you have to book just like I did a rental car too because it is necessary in that area as I have already listed all the reasons the car is important to better go and book the car by yourself near Riva there are so many kiosks in the sea, even the taxi is best to book alone because in the structure they always take a tip, the mere thought of filthiness in the room makes me really disgusted. Péssimo atendimento, tanto na entrada, quanto na estadia. Funcionários mal educados, grosseiros e sem nenhum preparo p tratar os hóspedes. Lençois em péssimas condições de uso, todos rasgados/furados. Quartos com cheiro forte de mofo e muitas formigas.

Pousada ruim... Roupa de cama e toalhas péssimas... Tv da época da vovó... Única coisa boa é o ar condicionado... Recepção horrível, pessoal não faz o mínimo de esforço para agradar. Precisei de uma pequena ajuda e o pessoal da recepção não teve o mínimo de boa vontade... Não recomendo, só em caso de desespero

Na nossa avaliação está pousada ficou muito a desejar pontuarei a seguir os itens : O quarto fede a mofo , lencois e fronhas furadas, ar condicionado sem vedamento , banheiro e ambiente interno com iluminação precária . Atendentes (mulheres ) mal orientadas a respeito de como se comportar com os hóspedes e quanto a manipulação de alimentos sem noção de higiene . Quanto à localização muito mal localizada e rua deserta independente da hora. Além do mais estamos aguardando a restituição das diárias não usufruídas pela saída antecipada e não respondem o e-mail conforme combinado com o responsável . Sem mais a relatar e na expectativa de melhoras na qualidade dos serviços e ambiente .

Pior pousada que já fui em minha vida. Reservamos dois quartos duplos para a família, onde em uma acomodação dormiríamos eu e meu sogro. Tamanha foi a surpresa que quando chegamos lá só haviam quarto de casais, onde em nenhum momento foi falado isso. O ambiente é muito hostil, sujo e suspeito. Funcionários de péssima educação, que em nenhum momento se mostraram dispostos a solucionar esse entrave. Literalmente, perdemos a viagem ao fazer esta escolha e, judicialmente, vamos recorrer dessa enganosa e desastrosa propaganda.

Banheiro com sanitário quebrado, passei um dia sem poder usar o sanitário, piscina lotada e cheio de gente fazendo mto barulho, eu reclamava e o cara não fez nada, e propaganda enganosa, a garagem nao cabe nem a metade dos hospedes, meu carro dormiu na rua e foi riscado, fui mal atendido e enganado, queria um local com garagem pq sei do perigo que é a cidade de Natal, nao dar pra deixar carro dormindo na rua, e nao deu outra...NÂO RECOMENDO PRA NINGUEM.
