Good and Cozy Hotel in Narbonne, close to the Center and with Parking near the Hotel

Conveniently located a few blocks from train station. I missed last train due to earlier delay and booked last minute 1 night stay. Clean and tidy, though stairway up to rooms would not be ideal for elderly or handicapped.

A/C not in use while I was there; room was clean but a bit on the small side; everything was working fine, though. Staff were very friendly and helpful and I enjoyed the breakfast.

Very good hotel and experience. For those traveling with electronic devices, there are very few outlets in the room to use to recharge them.

The location was perfect for us because we arrived and left the next day by train. We had heavy luggage we were carrying and only had to walk a short distance from the station. We arrived before check in and the very kind owner allowed us to leave our luggage until checking in so we could explore Narbonne. She even carried the bags we needed for the one night up the stairs for us. There was a very nice continental breakfast we opted for, which included various coffees from a machine, cereal, delicious croissants, breads, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruits, yogurt, and more. Altogether a very nice experience.

Hôtel has no elevator. My room had no curtains. Mattress was uncomfortable. Staff was unfriendly, except night Porter. Only good about the hotel, It was very clean, the rooms are big and good location.

We were able to check in early as the room was ready. Clean room, excellent bed!
