Zenitude Hôtel-Résidences Narbonne Centre
"I had to arrive after working hours. The call was very warm and professional. Code and key card were prepared with my name on enveloppe. The room was clean with candies on the bed. For check_out, the receptionist was also very kind. I definitively recommand this place."
Hôtel le Mosaïque
"The service was absolutely amazing. We were at a pop-up restaurant by a Ukrainian chef and it was sooooo good. I would honestly recommend this place 10,000 times over."
Kyriad ECO - Narbonne Sud
"Small room but pleasant and clean. Impeccable service and reception, and the breakfast was perfect."
Hôtel de Paris
B&B Hotel Narbonne 1
"Ideally located if you want to go to the large buffet in Narbonne, comfortable bed, slight unpleasant smell of worn carpet in the corridor and quite noisy with the windows open because of the motorway next door, but it remains very reasonable in terms of value for money!"
Novotel Narbonne Sud
"The front desk service at this hotel is great. The middle-aged gentleman is really meticulous and kind."
B&B HOTEL Narbonne 2
"Great hotel as always. Very close to les grands buffets. Reception very friendly. Highly recommend"
The Originals City, Hôtel le Puech, Narbonne
"Like the hotel. It’s near town, less than 10 mins away. It’s has free parking. Hotel is clean but room is very small. Only one comment is there’s no bathroom door so u might smell the drain while you sleep. For a one night stay it serves the purpose."
Ibis Budget Narbonne Est
"Well heartily"

Chambres d'hôtes Domaine de Beaupré
"Excellent from the beginning to the end. Excellent home. Perfect location. Nickel room. Fantastic breakfast included. Convivial owner. Moderate price. To discover. Thanks for this beautiful evening and morning."
Chateau L Hospitalet Wine Resort and Spa
"We chose to stay here due to its proximity to Les Grands Buffets, where we had a reservation. It is, to my understanding, the only five-star hotel in Narbonne, which raised our expectations. Unfortunately, the experience fell well below that standard. On arrival, we were immediately directed towards wine experiences. When I explained that I am pregnant and therefore unable to drink, this was repeatedly overlooked and wine tasting was still encouraged. I appreciate this is a wine-focused resort (booked prior to knowing I was pregnant), but it felt as though anything I said was not listened to. The hotel is also extremely isolated, with no nearby dining options within several miles. We arrived at 2:30pm to find the restaurant closed, and there were no suitable food options available at the bar for someone with pregnancy restrictions. They were only able to provide me stale bread and butter, which was not acceptable for a hotel of this standard. Our suite, while spacious, was located in a separate outbuilding and felt very isolated. Access required navigating an uneven stone staircase, which felt unsafe - particularly during pregnancy - and I needed assistance each time to avoid tripping. Upon entering the room, the doors had been left wide open despite the area being rife with mosquitoes (in April!). As a result, the room was filled with them (which we had to manually kill) and I sustained multiple bites. When we asked reception for basic medical items such as antihistamine or bite cream, none were available, meaning we now have to arrange transport to the nearest pharmacy over 6 miles away. The pool area was also disappointing, appearing unclean and poorly maintained, which made it unusable. Basic in-room amenities were lacking, including the absence of a full-length wardrobe suitable for dresses or suits. Breakfast service was similarly underwhelming. We were told room service was available, but when we ordered, we were informed that proper coffee (e.g. cappuccino) was not provided and that we should instead use the in-room Nespresso machine. For a five-star hotel, this is simply not acceptable - particularly when the quality of the coffee was, as expected, poor. We were not provided plates and there was no table/chairs to eat the food from, so we had to eat from a shelf in our room. Overall, this stay did not reflect a five-star experience in either service, facilities, or attention to guest needs. I would not return, nor would I recommend it."
Logis Hotel de La Clape
"Very smart small hotel. Refurbished to excellent standard. Room was comfortable and the A/C was welcome. Good wifi. Good breakfast. Short walk to the beach and boardwalk area. Enjoyed the pool and garden to relax."
Château Capitoul
"We stayed a night here, did a wonderful private wine tasting to start, very knowledgeable, spoke English well and great wine. Spent a few hours in their spa area - nice pool and hot tub and sauna to relax. Had a tasty steak dinner at the restaurant on site and similarly great breakfast there. Room was beautiful tucked up in attic. Great service, very luxurious, lovely location"
Ile du Gua Suites
"Girls on reception were great, nice, efficient and friendly check in. Parking was easy and free, price was very reasonable for one night. Location is nice and tranquil, right on the canal and a 15-20 minute into town along the canal, very pleasant. The room itself was large, had a kitchen corner and a jacuzzi bathtub, both nice. Large private terrace right on the canal. However, the whole property is in need of a refresh, carpets are tatty, mould in shower, terrace door did not lock. I’m not sure how this place can be rated 4 stars tbh. We did have a pleasant stay though and the room was certainly clean, no complaints for 100 euros for one night."
Hotel de France
"We stranded in the hotel during the big fires of Narbonne, the owners hospitality was unique. Super nice people, basic rooms but very clean and refurbished with love. We recommend to stop by. Location is perfect to walk the city center, they even took care for our taxi shuttle"
Fasthotel Narbonne
"The price of this hotel is very reasonable, the parking is easy, and the rooms are well maintained, although small. New air conditioning. The bed is comfortable but the pillows needed improvement. Take into account that you cannot easily walk to a shop or restaurant from here."
La Maison Gustave
"Beautiful little B&B in the heart of Narbonne - friendly host and traditional French breakfast each day. The place is handy yo all you need to see in this wonderful town. Next door to a fromagerie and across the rue from an old church - Highly recommended."
Hôtel le C - Boutique Hôtel
"quite new and have style, i didn't expect that, reception friendly and helpful. room small but have most what i want location good Will stay here again"
Villa Ambrosia
"It is the second time we have stayed here- and it won't be the lates! It is tucked diwn a quiet street with private oarking - just 10 minutes walk from the cathedral. There is always a warm welcome. The rooms are colourful and artistically decorated. We stayed in a deluxe room this time that had its own garden terrace. It was soacious and comfortable with a large bed and great shower. There are lots of sitting areas in the communal garden. Breakfast is really good too with generous amounts to enjoy- a great place to stay!."
