大堂很漂亮。房間贈送的茶包有特色。房間有升級為標間，房間寬敞了，但床還是1.2米有點窄。不喜歡被子是那種薄被單。

房間就是日式小房間，空間不大，登機箱可以打開。房間可以開窗。一樓有製冰機和飲料機，白天到晚上九點之前都可以隨時使用，還有熱毛巾很貼心。有微波爐，有沙發、桌椅可以休息。還有書和旅遊訊息。前台很熱情。房間鑰匙明明是感應的，但鑰匙扣帶了很長一根木棍感覺不方便攜帶。但如果隨意塞在背包裏可能會很容易找到吧。位置很好，就在興福寺台階下來不遠的地方，去春日大社和喂小鹿都很方便。還有免費公共浴場，但去看了一眼，個人有點接受不了，作罷。房間裏提供的袋裝綠茶很好喝

我和先生兩個人在攜程定的標間，雙人床。但是到酒店之後，被告知按衹能住一個人，兩個人要加錢3850日元，約人民幣200。
去跟攜程理論，他們態度強硬，打官腔，説是我自己的問題，沒有看見他們標註在很小角落的“一人住”字。
我説要給差評，人家根本不在意，好讓我多多留言
之前用**，Booking，馬蜂窩在日本定標間，都是默認兩個人住，衹有攜程這麼坑人，服務態度也去很差，今後再也不用了！！！

- 나라에서 굉장히 분위기 있는 고풍스러운 숙소 : 접객 훌륭
- 주말이라 가격이 평소보다 비쌌으나, 다른 곳에 비해 양호
- 오래된 연식으로 세련미는 없고 “실물 열쇠”를 사용 : 숙박한 익일에 리모델링 한다고 해서 짐 보관 서비스 없었으며 실물 열쇠를 그대로 사용할지는 미지수
- 조용하고 한적함 : 부모님 모시고 오기 딱
- 새벽에 호텔 문을 걸어 잠궈버려서 늦게 외출하기가 안 좋음 : 상주하는 직원에게 요청해서 겨우 들어감
- 층수가 낮아서 환복 시 주의 : 커텐 쳐야 함
- 1층 로비에 음료, 제빙기, 발마사지기, 도서 등 여러가지가 잘 구비되어 있음
- 전객실 금연이며 흡연 시 외부 호텔 주차장 인근에서 해야하고 사슴이 주변까지 내려오고 주변 편의점 일찍 문 닫아서 미리 물품 구매 필요

긴테쓰나라역에서 조금 떨어져있으나 바로 옆에 나라공원과 여행자센터가 있어 관광에 매우 편합니다. 다만 편의점이 조금 떨어져있습니다. 응대해주시는분들 모두 친절하게 응대해주셔서 제가더 고마웠습니다.
