The hotel is generally average and relatively old. We booked a room with a harbor view. The area is small and the luggage is not easy to store. It does not match the picture. The restaurant on the top floor has mediocre products, but the scenery is very good. The strange thing is that when we dined in the hotel restaurant, the meal fee was charged to the room account. The hotel used our credit card to pre-authorize the meal fee of 116 euros in the middle of the night. Later, I asked Ctrip, and Ctrip said that the hotel was worried that our credit card limit was not enough when we checked in. Really Speechless, staying in a room worth hundreds of euros for one night, the hotel is actually worried that we can't afford the meal fee of 116 euros. If you just go to the ancient city of Pompeii, you can call a taxi back and forth at the entrance of the hotel, and wait in Pompeii for two hours at a cost of 100 Euros. It is best to ask a tour guide at the door to visit the ancient city of Pompeii. The tour guide here is very professional, and the explanation is detailed and serious. It costs 150 euros once, which is very worthwhile.

Very nice hotel located along the water. Balconies face the waterfront with a couple chairs and a table on each balcony. Large, well-appointed rooms. Huge breakfast buffet with waitstaff available to get specialty coffee drinks made to order. Large hotel that often has conferences, so reception area can be very busy. Reception staff not very friendly, but breakfast staff were very helpful. Easy walk to restaurants.

We really enjoyed the location for this hotel. It's on a pedestrian friendly street, you can really feel the city vibe. Lots a people on the street at night, but we couldn't hear them from our room. You are within 5-10 minute walk to many great restaurants and street food. The roof top patio is really nice, you can see the whole neighborhood and the harbor. We had take-out one night and ate at the roof top patio. The hotel had plates, and they cleaned up after. That was really nice. The person who prepares breakfast remembered what we each had to drink the day before, and asked if wanted to the same. We stayed in suite 204, with 6 people (adults and children), it was perfect for family. There are 4 single beds (can be pushed together) and a queen bed. You may lose a bit of privacy if the kids are sleeping on the loft above the queen bed, and the adults are sleeping below. The breakfast was good, with good pastry. The fruit selection can be better. We thought it was watermelon and peach season, and they were all grown locally, but didn't see any in the hotel. The hotel contacted me a couple of days before we arrive via Whatsapp to make sure we have directions getting there. Not all vehicles can drive up to the hotel (except scooters and some small taxi I think). We had to walk a couple of minutes from where we were dropped off because we were driven there by a minivan.

We booked here for three nights but due to our flight being canceled, could only stay two. We called that we would be a no show the first and despite the night clerk's limited English, our room was waiting when we arrived the next day. The room was small but cozy and flawlessly clean. The air con was perfect to get some relief from the summer heat. The location is fantastic. You are smack in the middle of Napels but because the hotel is a little tucked away we didn't hear any street noise at all. There is a taxi stand almost in front of the hotel. The metro is a short walk. Restaurants and bars are almost on the doorstep. I do agree with other reviewers that the staff at the reception wasn't overly friendly. They helped us with everything and gave good advice, cannot fault them. We noticed this a little bit through out our trip in Southern Italy, they seem to be no nonsense get the stuff done kind of people. We would stay here again and will definitely recommend this hotel to others.

We really like this place for a number of reasons; the location is excellent even if the historic centre can look a bit ”shabby” some places. But, really quite charming and lots of things to see, do and to eat. Hotel was clean, service excellent, wifi good and the room/bath spacious and comfortable. Special compliments to good communication prior to arrival. The only things are really not that important but; a/s unit as right above the pillow which caused draft at night. Also the breakfast is served in a bar/cafe nearby. Not an ideal solution even if the staff there was nice. There are some stairs to reach the reception, but quite manageable. Again, recommended.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights: very comfortable, very spacious room with very large shower suitable for recovery after having turned all day to visit a city from the thousand faces. Abundant breakfast with fresh cornets, worthy of this name ...e not surgelati...come we are now used to eating almost everywhere! Inside the bank there is the smile of Aida ...e the excellent cappuccinos served with courtesy and professionality! Personal and owners all very gentle ...Marco knows to understand the client and give precious advice ... to optimize your stay and visit as much as possible depending on your personal taste! The hotel is less than two steps from the famous Sorbillo Pizzeria, via San Gregorio Armenia, from the Monastero di Santa Chiara, from the Capella San Severo etc ..... restaurants, tractors, pizzeria, bakery are at every meter along the courts ...in summary the only The problem is that you eat always in Naples! Sure when we come back to this city we will stay again in Naples ...
