We enjoyed our clean comfortable spacious room. The staff are welcoming and made us feel at home. The breakfast was tastee and the location is close to the expressway and local restaurants and stores. The pool was Ok it appeared larger online we had an awesome time anyway. We'll definitely return when visiting the area in the future.

FR I'm commando you here because people who work are very nice . I stay here every time I am in the area. Esha at the front desk is always friendly efficient and has GREAT customer service. Everyone from housekeeping to breakfast to maintenance is friendly and personable. Location is great as well . Conveniently located to several dining options and a Starbucks (which is great too) . Theres free breakfast with several options , a laundry facility and fitness center . Some rooms also have jetted tubs at great rates too Highly recommend this hotel . Great people 👏 great prices 👍

I stayed here a couple years ago and it went smoothly. This time, not great. The GREAT: the staff was very friendly and courteous and attentive to our needs. The room was clean, all good in the room. The GOOD: The breakfast was an average hotel hot breakfast - eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit, yogurt, coffee, juices, etc. Did not use the pool or hot tub but looked fine. The BAD: At breakfast there were maybe five kids (looked about ages 8 to 14) all in the breakfast area with only swimsuits - no shoes, no shirts - hovering all over the waffle station. They continued to get breakfast and (more or less) take over the breakfast area. It wasn't the fact they were hovering over the food and eating in there without shirts or shoes, but the fact no one in the hotel staff spoke up to them. Loss of appetite after this. We saw a woman (who appeared to be pregnant) wearing an ankle bracelet wandering the hotel - I'm assuming she was a guest but not sure. Hallway windows open for no reason - mid March so not all that warm. Faint smell of smoke in the hallways. The fire alarm went off twice in our two night stay. First on a Saturday afternoon (during an afternoon nap) the second went off around 1:30am. Everyone was forced to go to the lobby. Didn't seem to be any sort of emergency. The firemen that showed up had no sense of urgency and almost seemed a little perturbed to be there - maybe a regular occurrence? I contacted Marriot and they refused to compensate me financially or with any points. Will I stay here again? Probably not. Would I recommend? I'd simply say - beware. Maybe I just caught them on a bad weekend. Happy Travels....

Stayed at the hotel for a wedding. The entire experience was a complete disaster. I booked the hotel in 2019 for my wedding and find out 48 hours prior that the extras I had booked to accommodate my wedding party were all wrong and not found in the system. I had a 6 hour panic attack because no one could give me answers and continued to put me on hold or tell me someone else would call me back. Ultimately I ended up with what I wanted, but other brides did not. Because of this, while I was getting ready I had members of other bridal parties harassing myself and my group (not the hotels issue, but was a result of their mistakes). Even after the countless issues, the staff was rude day of and gave all my guests a hard time checking in and couldn’t comprehend how to check in people that had multiple rooms under one persons name. Called me mother to ask what rooms they had already checked her in to rather that having that in the system. I absolutely hated the experience with this hotel. The saving grace was that the hotel is very nice and is one of few I found with a full service bar for after the ceremony. I could go on and on about how upset and displeased I am with this experience. I would rather sleep in my car than book a large event here and would warn any bride that their day may get ruined when booking here. The GM, Janice and VP of ops, Stacie did ultimately fix my issues, but being told we may need to split the conference room I booked 2 years ago and that things would hopefully work themselves out hours before my wedding was terrible. I know it wasn’t their fault specifically but I almost expected them to treat us better and comp at least something for us. I can’t exactly blame one person, but ultimately it is the hotels responsibility to fix issues and this was so sub par. If it were me, I would’ve bent over backwards to make it right. Sent champagne or flowers or have a bar credit or something. Instead my guests were given a hard time. Don’t even know how to end this review as it was the biggest mess of my wedding. Luckily I’m go with the flow and it didn’t ruin my day, but I know other brides were furious and in literal tears as I was as well. Such an absolute joke of a hotel. Never ever again

We have stayed at the Chicago Westin Lombard on several occasions so my husband can attend the Windy City Pulp Convention. This year, I also visited Lilacia Park. The staff at the front desk ( Girardo and others) are always friendly, pleasant, and helpful. The bellhop, Charles, is so great! The hotel smells wonderful, is clean, pleasant, and a great value for Bonvoy Marriott members! It is located at the Yorktown Center, where there is shopping, restaurants, and other attractions.we look forward to visiting again.

Beautiful, natural setting. We were looking for a retreat center to host a couples' retreat. The Hyatt Lodge was recommended. Could not have asked for a better setting. Staff was warm and welcoming and attended to our every question and need. The rooms are nicely appointed and very clean, and the banquet food was good. Also had a few meals at the restaurants, which were good.
